The bed and room were incredibly clean and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. Loppy and the entire staff were very kind and attentive, which made us feel welcomed. The restaurant offered delicious food that enhanced our experience, though I'd suggest some improvements for the fruit and juice options to promote healthier choices. Overall, it was a heartwarming visit, and I appreciate the efforts made by everyone.

I wanted to share some thoughts about my recent stay at the Hotel Loppy. While I appreciate the spaciousness of the area, I noticed an overall lingering smell of smoke, likely from some guests using electronic cigarettes. I believe this could be improved with some freshening up of the atmosphere. Additionally, it seems that the carpet has seen better days. Updating it could enhance the comfort and experience for everyone. A more pleasant and subtle fragrance would also make a big difference, as some scents can be a bit overwhelming and affect guests’ respiratory comfort. Thank you for considering these suggestions; I truly hope they can help create an even more welcoming environment for everyone who visits!

Breakfast was great the Arab manager im not sure of his name was really good and welcoming. Buses were good time, reception staff was really good Hamza/ Badr was good and female manager at night duty that changed our room thank you.

Initially I was given a room which was not clean and including the bathroom and bedsheets everything was required housekeeping. But once I raised it to the staff they immediately came to change and clean. Unfortunately the room was still having issues so the female manager changed our room I’m so grateful to her, after the shift of room everything was perfect and clean. Even the view was really nice. The restaurant staff at night duty really need to be trained & be attentive to customer calls, my call wasn’t received even after 5 times and I went to bed hungry, couldn’t order anything because no one picked my call to take the order. But apart from that I have no complains.

This is pretty decent hotel with beautiful. The receptionist Ms. Aala was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to us. She made us feel that our experience at the hotel was personally important to her. I think she deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff. Worth staying. I highly recommend. Thanks

shuttle service is not as it used to be before. have to change 2 busses to get to hotel and this trip takes up around 1 hour.

Its very clean facility, bit far from Haram, but good if you are traveling alone. highly recommended if you are looking for reasonable stay and also you can manage long walk

Shuttle Service was struggle. they gave us bus schedule but nothing was followed. have to wait a lot sometimes. its a challenged to walk from bus station to haram so think before you book with kids or elderly parents.

Even though the location is a bit far from the Haram, the great shuttle service makes it an easy run. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes which ends at the Bus stop of Makkah Tower (Kundi Bus Stop) So, literally, you have to walk for a few minutes to reach the Haram. - The interesting part is that most roads are on blockade long before the prayer starts, but the shuttle of this hotel and few others run through the tunnel which never blocks. Moreover, there are not that much crowd in that road compared to Misfalah Road and Aziyad Road. In my case, I took the 5:00 am shuttle from the hotel and caught the Tahajjod and Fazr on the roof. - Enough lifts. You don't have to wait long, ateast, in my case, I didn't. - The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would like to give a big shout-out for Salwa at the reception, Robiul- the porter, and Zaid, Mushleuddin and Sakib from the housekeeping team. Zaid is so amazing, and I was so happy that I took a photo of him.

Poor lighting in the room, I mean they architect the room with few lights, and I didn't like it. Although, in day time lots of natural light. Tiles on the floor. They claimed this is for wheelchair access and all rooms are like this. But, personally, I would love to have carpet. Even though my stay was not included breakfast, but one day I took the breakfast. I would be happy to see more options being a 5 -star hotel

This was my 4th stay at the property . I loved being at this hotel for the kind valued services it offers. From clean rooms to bus shuttle services. It’s exceptional.

Distance from Haram and lack of sound proof room.

Was very happy with the overall appeal of the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was served with pride. The bus service to the haram was regular and convenient. The hotel had a 24hr barber, coffee shop and supermarket which added to the convenience and saved time for haircut after Umrah. The in-dining menu was reasonably priced with delicious options. Accesss to the main road to the Haram was easy and offered a lovely 20 min walk with shops to the Haram if one is up for it, otherwise the buses get you there in a few minutes hour-on-the-hour and shorter during the prayer times.

Call for checkout no one came so take our luggage with us to lobby and location is a bit far but good thing hotel has 24*7 buses to Haram every 30 mins

It was our 2nd visit during the current year and we remained satisfied with the cleanliness and other facilities, though they have increased the buffet lunch & dinner prices by 10 SAR per person i.e 50 SAR per head which was 40 in may, overall a good experience

The extension of few hours in checkout time may be done without charges especially once the hotel is half vacant, we had to pay 200 SAR for 2 rooms extension of checkout time till 2000 hours, the operations/ management team can formulate a bit liberal policy towards that especially once the occupancy is reduced

Good transport facilities to Haram … Almost all hotel busses stop there and you need to walk about 1 km from the bus stop to Haram … The beds comfortably, the rooms were clean and tidy ..

Neighboring room was not like sound proof .. literally can hear people talking next room .. was disturbing especially in night as during my stay the neighbors next room were taking and awake until like 1 am ….
