Shuttle. I have stayed thrice before as the shuttle was efficient in dropping direct to Clock Tower Basement in 10 minutes. Now the shuttle goes to Kudai parking and there you have to take/wait for another shuttle to Clock tower & vice versa. So two shuttles in total. I understand not in hotel's control but important to mention that now shuttle service is not like before. Bath is too small for big tall men ;-)

The housekeeping staff was always on their toes and provided instant response for any service demanded. Even once I called them in night @2:00 AM for extra blanket as my daughter was feeling cold. To my surprise the staff was there in 2 minutes with the blanket. The shuttle bus service provided for Al Haram was the cherry on the cake to make our life comfortable and no hustles to negotiate with the taxis.

The location is good, you have a huge masjid to pray and haram is 20min away by bus. The room was specious and clean.

The bathroom smells really bad and they didn’t fix it

I liked everything in the Millenium, I was staying in the Superior room and it was really big, very clean, the room service comes everyday, the bathroom is very good. Breakfast was excellent, many thanks to chef Henedy and Chef sherif for their dedication, and Ms Kawthar the receptionist. All the hotel staff are very nice. The property is a little bit far from Haram but really that is what distinguishes it, because it reliefs me from the crowd I feel in the area around the haram and most importantly the hotel lies in the Naseem area, where it is near to everything I needed, specially the aashea raghy mosque, besides there is a free shuttle service 24 hours. My mother and I really liked the stay there, and we decided never to stay in any other hotel except it.

Millennium Makkah was fabulous hotel..clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious with excellent facilities. The hotel is located in the Al-naseem area which is about 15 min drive from Al-haram musjid. Hotel provide free 24 hours shuttle services every hour to take you to the Al-haram. The Aisha Al-Rajhi musjid behind the hotel is just amazing Masha'Allah. One of the best musjid I have ever been too. The area around it has open space where kids and families socialise in evenings and there is a supermarket and coffee house opposite. We booked the quadruple room and the room had a sofa set and plenty of space. The bathroom was massive with shower and a bath tub and two sinks. Lots of lifts to take you to rooms and plenty of free parking. We had the breakfast included and this was good too. The dishes were repetitive however quality was good and consistent. If you are visiting Mekkah then this hotel is well worth a booking. We will def use again and thank all staff for making our stay memorable.

Couple of the beds were in need of new mattresses and the toilet seat was loose. On arrival the namaz times and shuttle bus times should be provided in form of printout. Also it will be great if a little map printout was provided to make you aware of the local amenities.

Decent breakfast. Location is about 13 min bus drive to Haram. Free bus service every 30 min round the clock so very convenient. New building and a lot of construction going around in the area. Clean rooms and great service. Danube mart within building.

The breakfast is awful. This is the only thing I didn't like. Its not only me but whole family and relatives didn't enjoy it. They had different options but its tasteless and nothing up to the standard. I ended up having just tea and cereals. It's one of the worst breakfast place. I literally don't get it, it's a massive place , they have like 30 different options but everything has no taste. I come from UK 🇬🇧, but I am.able to adapt to different types of food, so my review is reliable. I stayed there for 10 days, every single the breakfast was extremely poor. But its nice to sit on a table with family and talk.whilst having tea. To the owner of hotel, please do something about your breakfast, it so so bad 👎

The hotel was fabulous. *Staff were super friendly starting with the receptionists to the man serving amazing welcoming coffee & dates. The rooms are clean and spacious. *The housekeeping are very responsive and friendly. You just need to ask them to clean or remove trash if you want. They won’t come in on their own to clean, and this is actually better for us. *There is an amazing & huge mosque just next to the hotel. El Danub supermarket is also nearby, as well as Starbucks and other cafes. The hotel is famous so all taxi drivers know it. *Despite the fact the hotel is far from Al haram, there were always busses available 24/7 from the hotel to Alharam and vice versa. We never had to wait for more than 5 min for the bus to be there. The good thing is this hotel is neighboring to other hotels, so even if the shuttle bus was late, you can take the bus of the nearby hotels. So waiting time for the buses during our stay was neglegible.

Busses are usually crowded during prayer peak times, before and after prayers directly. Since the hotel is huge and has so many guests, it would be great if there can be an extra bus especially during prayer peak times. It’s not a huge problem but it would be a definite plus if you could implement this. Other than that, thank you for offering an exceptional service :)

1- The breakfast which is only cater for the locals. 2- The shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram is not frequent. Its service is only once in 1 hour
