Situated in a good locality, a bit far from Haram though but there is a shuttle service running every hour. Breakfast is really good. This hotel also has a gym and massage chairs but has different timings for men and women

Wifi can be a lot better. It took us a few calls and some time before reception responded to our basic requests. The lighting in the room could have been better.

Timing for the shuttle buses wasn't convenient. For instance, the bus for 7am should be changed to 8am or 9am to enable people do some azkar after subhi salah. The next bus is 11.20am which was far off.

They had a great breakfast! The rooms were also very good and spacious, so good value for money. In terms of location, it’s a very peaceful area located just 1 minute away from the second biggest mosque in Makkah, and even for Masjid Al-Haram it’s just a 10-minute drive.

The biggest problem with the room we stayed in was that the hotel WiFi was dead and wasn’t reaching us for some reason. Also, we had booked two rooms and requested two single beds in one room, but they forgot to set it up and gave us a double. We manually separated the double to make two single beds—this wasn’t difficult, but it would have been nice if it had been done in advance. As this location is slightly off to the side, sometimes we got a taxi straight away, but other times we had to wait 5-10 minutes. So, a few things to keep in mind, but overall, it’s a great hotel for the price.

Everything is perfect and good.

Everything is good. Only one thing need to improve shuttle bus service timing need to be strictly follow timing as they mention. It’s always late from both ends.

Property is located near to Haram and while coming from Haram it straight road to arrive by driving. Property is well organized and managed by team member who welcome us very well and with kindness.

Service team members responded very lately once we arrive at room and order additional blanket they took it three hours to serve us. However, we understood the time difference due to seasonal occasion and team might busy due to huge visitors arrive for ritual activities. Late services seems avoidable and we never mind it.

The food was good, the location was okay, not too far from the Haram. The staff were Amazing. There were buses leaving for the Haram every hour. So that’s was amazing too.

The only thing I did not like was the WiFi. The first room they gave us had no WiFi. But thank god they upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room where the WiFi works. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The overall stay was good. It was only one night stay. Room is clean, all facilities are available. Shuttle bus every one hour to Haram. The reception staff and the manager was coopertive and excellent.

There are three hours gap in the bus timing, from 7:30 to 10:30, so when planninig to go haram at Isha prayer set your mind that you will be stucked for three hours there. Bus driver was a little impolite and he went for a personal shopping leaving us waiting in the hot weather for about 20 minutes cause he was closing the bus in the station. Unfortunately, he did not apologize at least. Mr Youssef the manager was helpful and promised to talk to the bus running company.
