Great location, comfortable rooms

Hot water non existent in showers in both rooms on first night of stay. Hotel advised to run shower for 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive which worked for the remainder of our stay

Great location. Rooms were good albeit the bathroom very small. Great coffee in the lobby. Staff were helpful. Great daily service

There was a problem with our booking in that we had two rooms booked and confirmed by Booking.com but on arrival, only one room was booked. The reception staff managed to find a room which was ok to sleep in but didn't have the basic stuff we expected - ie. in-room bar fridge, desk or table to work at, the coffee machine didn't work and the shower was at best luke warm. We requested a change in the room which really required me being insistent and dealing with several people. In the end we got a better room but it was all a bit of a hassle

I was not advise the cost of breakfast or weather we had it included or not. I es charged the full cost of breakfast and only had a coffee, I should be been adviced of it.

Location was perfect for the Moscone convention center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helped me find a room that suited my needs.

Not all of the rooms had desk spaces. I didn't think to request one because I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel room that didn't have a desk space. My first allocated room didn't but the staff helped me find a good one. Free Wifi wasn't quite fast enough for my needs so had to upgrade.

The location is super and in the heart of the city with easy access to many transportation options Wonderful staff

The bathrooms need renovation Hot water takes long time and water pressure is low. The staff tried to help as much as they could but I guess the facilities need upgrade

Room was clean and comfortable but I was quite cold and the staff gave me a little space heater.. Location is good but still very close to tenderloin. Free water and tea was available at reception.

Noise at night was sometimes annoying but nothing I couldn't sleep through. I ordered a takeaway and couldn't get it in my room so had to go downstairs that was a bit of a hassle but I guess fair.

The staff were really helpful and we got a room upgrade. The Junior suite was really comfortable, beautifully presented, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was brilliant, in a safe area with plenty around it. Very easy public transport links. As the hotel has recently been taken over by Hilton, then many rooms were under-going renovation so older reviews might be out of date.

The only issue was that the sliding bathroom door was sticking / would not close. The breakfast was very limited for the price with better deals locally.

Great central location! Cable car at doorstep, buses, F line, and BART transport within few minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean.

The room didn't have a kettle, only coffee maker. This room was at end of the hall, window facing O'Farrell St which got traffic noise *should highlight and discount these rooms (eg. Such as when you go to a concert, and pay less for limited view seats)

Mix of modern and historic feel to the room. Nice atmosphere at reception with complementary hot drinks.

Fan, air conditioning and lighting was not easy to work out regards functionality. Bathroom was very small for the size of room. View outside of the window was bricks. Windows came ajar and I could see an attempt to tape them shut.

3rd time booking at this hotel when I visit San Francisco. Building and room are always clean and efficient. Staff and security are excellent.

So the only negative is there is no parking. So we needed to park down the street in a parking garage. Which usually is not a problem in the past but this time my car got broken into. Fortunately we didn't have anything in our car but still definitely ended our trip early.
