The breakfast，especially the fresh fruit，was delightful．　The view of the mountains from our room filled my husband and me with a sense of contentment and tranquility，making our stay feel even more relaxing．

The brother and sister are both funny and very cheerful, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The young boy was especially great company during my stay. They went above and beyond by giving me the best room to make up for the bike trip, which didn’t go as planned. I really appreciated the gesture! The location is fantastic—close to all the hustle and bustle of the city—and the food is delicious too.

There’s no lift from the ground floor to the first floor and from the fourth floor to the fifth floor, and I wasn’t assisted with carrying my luggage. If you have multiple bags, it could be challenging to carry them all the way up.

Location was great and staff/ management is very welcoming. We had a good time in Sapa Hills Hotel. Value for money is good, rooms are big enough and clean. Housekeeping does a great job as well as the rest of the staff. Since I got bored a bit about the fried eggs, I asked for scrambled eggs and got it promptly and with a good taste.

Breakfast gets boring after two days if you stay a bit longer because it's always fried eggs and kind of the same sausages. The only change was fried rice to fried noodles and back to fried rice and the juice changed. It was quite cold in the breakfast room as there is no heater in winter time.

Our stay at Sapa Hills Hotel was truly exceptional. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and all the major tourist attractions. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the team. Van Thanh was an excellent host, offering helpful suggestions on local sights and always greeting us with a warm smile. Every member of the staff we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming, though I regret not remembering all their names. If we return to Sa Pa in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was also delicious and added to the overall experience.

We had two rooms and one of the rooms didn't have any windows. I find it very odd to have rooms without windows. There were no natural lights coming into that room.

We recently stayed at Sapa Hills and was incredibly impressed by the hospitality of the hotel staff. The hotel managers were exceptionally kind, ensuring all our needs were met. Even the newly hired employee was attentive and friendly. Despite not speaking much English, the staff made a great effort to communicate with us and continuously checked in to make sure we were having a wonderful experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sapa Hills and appreciated the outstanding hospitality of the staff, I did wish the buffet breakfast had more options. A wider variety would enhance the overall experience and cater to different tastes and preferences.

I love the hospitality. There were some miscomminications about the early check-in, but it was settled well. The hotel staffs has been nothing but nice and helpful. They gave recommendations without being pushy. We were allowwed to wait for the shuttle bus pick up at the hotel, even though it's way past our check-out time. They thanked us and sent us away with good wishes. Such sincere and genuine gesture. Special thanks for Minh who accompanied us til the bus arrived.

It's not a big deal but quite inconvenient for us when we arrived, hoping to get some rest, yet the room was not available for early check-in as promised.

The place is so close to Sapa Center we had just to walk every night after strolling. Receptionist was helpful and friendly, tried their best to communicate with us in english. Room was really big and comfortable. BREAKFAST was so DELICIOUS! We even requested them to serve it earlier on the day of our departure to which they glady said yes.

We don’t have telephone in our room so if we have something to say to the receptionist, we have to really go tell him face to face. Also, the printed pillows had smell on them, we have to remove it in our beds.

I can't recommend Sapa Hills enough! The hotel exceeded our expectations; the place is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming. Facilities are well cared for, and clean. The best part of everything is the staff and Ms. Trang -the manager-, she's is a lovely woman who will do whatever it takes to help you feel comfortable during your stay and support you as much as possible. On our last day, we left quite early, her staff still served breakfast earlier so we wouldn't go hungry all the way to Hanoi. Sapa Hills was the highlight of our trip to the north of Viet Nam.

We had a beautiful view from our family room on the 4th floor. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely modern bathroom and hot water. we slept really well. The buffet breakfast was delicious and arranged early for us so we could eat before we left for Lao Cai Station The service was brilliant. The location was right in the middle of town with loads of restaurants and cafes. We stayed on Saturday night and thought it might be a bit noisy but no, the local Karaoke finished at a very respectable hour! we loved our stay!
