Location! The room we booked had the mountain view which was phenomenal. Fog covered mountains were so beautiful and breathtaking. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet, once informed they arranged for someone to come and fix it up within a few minutes. Impressive service!

The location and service that the staff and Julie provided was great she was informative and provided us with a good taxi ride to the glass bridge and waterfall If I could give the score 15/10 I would we had left Sapa on the bus to Hanoi and forgot our Bag in the safe at Bamboo Sapa Hotel with our passports and cash , we called Julie and she assured us that she would locate the bag and send it to us on the next bus to Hanoi so we could pick it up at the bus depot and she did after liasing with the travel company Now w e have received the bag with all its contents I cannnot thank her enough Julie’s professionalism and dedication to serving her clients is second to none Thanks Julie !!!!!!!!!!

The TV for English programmes is poor you need to have more channels with English and the gym needs more equipment and a water station with towels as well

The room’s pretty huge, and the service was excellent! We were served by Julie on our second last day when she discovered that it was both mine and my husband’s birthday, and we later returned to our room in the evening to a nice birthday decoration and a cake! The staff generally speak English, and even if they dont, they’ll use Google translate to be as helpful as possible.

The bed was hard so it wasn’t really comfortable to sleep on. The balcony was only a shared one with the other rooms, merely separated by iron fences. For the most part, we didn’t mind. However, we had neighbors during our stay who loved to peek into our room which felt like we didn’t have a privacy. The mountain view was stunning but we had to draw our curtains mostly because of the above.

We stay at the room 606 Grand deluxe mountain view room. Spacious clean room, clean bathroom and huge bath tub. We get free 30 minutes herbal bath and sauna which is great. However, the room has some smell like someone already smoke in the room even it is non-smoking room. We didn't feel fresh air in the room. We have to open the door when we are in the room to get rid of some kind of cigarettes smoke. We are not a smoker. When we go out of the room next day, we smell cigarettes smoke on the hallway to the elevator. The bathroom floor is slippery when the water mixed with soap. They should use tile with moderate roughness for safety.

We stayed in the suite Mountain View room which had amazing views of the mountains and the pool. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to arrange various things for us such as trekking tours and herbal baths. Breakfast provided everyday which had a good selection. Really nice pool, a bit cold but perfect when it’s a hot day. Good location in Sapa town so everything felt very accessible and walkable but due to location on mountain side, it still felt very relaxing and peaceful. We even decided to extend our stay there.

We had an exceptional stay at the Bamboo Hotel in Sa Pa! The staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we even prolonged our stay one more night just to have enough time to enjoy the hotel itself and the peacefulness of the city. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious array of options that catered to various tastes, providing a perfect start to our day. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, offering all the amenities necessary for a pleasant experience. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines, and two swimming pools—one outdoor and another indoor, which is heated for comfort during colder days. A special mention goes to Miss Uyen, whose kindness and attentiveness significantly enhanced our experience. she made it a point to ensure that our stay was perfect. I highly recommend the Bamboo Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Sa Pa!

Best part of the hotel was our consierge Julie! She was just amazing, super helpfull and involved. Helped us with tours, drivers ect. Breakfast was great, many options and they made me vegan fried rice and fried noodles and checked upon me if I had enough food. We didnt use the pool but it looked great. The gym was nice. We also used the spa. They gave us complimentary sauna and herbal bath and we got full body massages as well. Overall great stay!
