The room was super clean and in the perfect position for visiting the main attractions of the city. The personnel has been really kind and received us for a late night check in with no problem.

The room had a big shower instead of a bathtub as we were expecting but has been ok for us and they replied really late in the booking chat but apart from that I would give and eight to the whole experience!

Everything was fine. You check in across the road but we were shown across the road to our room. The beds were too soft for my liking.

The staff who checked me in could have been a little warmer and friendlier, but once they located the messages I'd sent ahead of my stay and understood my request, they were very helpful and managed to find an available room to let me check in VERY early. I was breastfeeding and hoping to either get in early or use a temporary room to express while dropping off my bags at 8am, which they managed to accommodate, and upgraded my room in the process. Nice big room, great toiletries, and it's always good to have a bath as well as a shower.

The room perhaps needs a little refresh in places to make it truly 5 star.

The staff was amiable, especially Carla was super helpful and supportive. There was a mistake about my stay; it was supposed to be Barbican Room but the residence was closed and the information was not given to me before my arrival at the hotel. Carla recovered from the unexpected situation very well.

You took out extra money (50 GBP) as a deposit I didn't know about before then. And it is still pending on my account. Could you please finalize this as soon as possible?

Very nice room, good facilities, good location. Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Liked the biscuits too.

Interconnecting doors between the two rooms, where, when opened, this could create a much larger shared room for families. Although there were the two doors, we could clearly hear the people talking next door through these. They need some sort of soundproofing to reduce this. Wasn't at all keen on the £50 deposit - comparable up-market hotels we've stayed in don't require this from clearly well-behaved guests. Must add up to quite a lot of short-term extra money?

They do not remember that you stayed the previous week and other times previously.

Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a room change and the staff helped move bags quickly. Free cot provided for our child. Easy check in and check out. Was able to leave bags on check out and have a few more hours in London without suitcases.

The townhouse rooms have kitchenettes but these only have normal room facilities (kettle and tea cups). No plates, cutlery etc. So not sure how you are supposed to make use of the microwave etc.

The room was quite big and very clean, the Temperature was very easy to turn higger, lower or OF. There was an Espresso machine and water witch bouth were refilled every day. The continantal breakfast was oké and the location perfect to explore Londen. Everybody form front desk to house keeping where also really friendly, Thank you so mutch.

It was a little bit of a shame that we book 2 rooms under the same name, but the rooms where in different parts of the hotel. In the otther room there was also no Espresso machine and the window mad a lot of noice when there was a lot of wind outside, mabey because the windows where older in that part of the bilding?

The location is excellent and very close to main tube stations and attractions nearby (Barbican, St. Paul's, Tower of London, Tower Bridge). The hotel room was very smart and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

A bizarre episode which had never happened to me before. I locked my valuables in the safe but when I tried to reopen it, the digital keypad was unresponsive. The staff at reception were helpful but took a while to eventually use the safe master physical key to open the safe. The cause of this was the fact that the digital keypad had run out of battery! Just unfortunate but still meant that I was kept waiting an hour before I could go to sleep as I needed to gain access to my valuables including my laptop and could not wait until the next morning.

When finally got an answer (over 20 minutes trying) realising the a.c. was not working- got help to move to another room. Very signifiant gaps between the rooms- check the room before unpacking. Got personal wakeup since the phone wasnt operating.

Construction works started on 22/7 close to barbican wing that was the quieter side until then. Too much time recieving answer from front desk. Cleaning wasn't perfect and once took the remaining toilet paper and left the room with none.
