The location of the hotel is perfect, near metro station and other public transportation as well as near lots of landmarks and places to visit. The breakfast is excellent, with variety of goods (sweet and salty). The room was comfortable for 2 persons and the hangers were adequate for their clothes.

The plumbing of the bathroom need maintenance (leaking faucet at washbasin and all the sink counter was constantly wet), the door of the shower needs better insulation so that the floor does not get wet when the resident finishes his shower. The matress of the bed needs replacement, since it sunk in the middle.

Comfortable room and bed. Great shower and bath. Staff excellent and location fantastic for all sights and shopping. Breakfast and restaurant very good!

Breakfast was very expensive. Much better to go down the road to Cafe Aida! A couple of things could be better in the room: soap container was empty, no bath mat, but those are small things…

The hotel facility was excellent, both the rooms and the breakfast were perfect.

1, The staff was apparently unprepared, possibly due to the labor shortages affecting the sector. They tried to be polite anyway. 2, What has happened to me many times in Europe happened to me here: the hotel blocked for 1 month the same amount of money on my credit card that I had paid at checkout. The hotel claimed that my bank would not release the amount, my bank claimed that the hotel had not initiated the unblocking. It's always the same story, all over Europe.

The gym wasn’t open the day we arrived. And the hours were quite limited for the pool.

Good hotel, less eccentric than a decade ago, and also a bit dated. For me it was more of a 4star+ experience rather than a 5star one but the location and the parking place under the building compensated for the missing luxury touch. As a result of the covid-regulation some of the services were limited, that also had its effects on my stay. The breakfast was excellent. Kind and professional staff, clean facilitates.

The interior design of the relatively spacious room was a bit dated. The bathroom may have been super-modern 12 years ago but now it did not seem to be luxurious enough. The heating / air-conditioning was unacceptably loud, like in a cheap hotel in New York.

The staff were exceptional, and everyone was genuinely interested in helping me to his or her best ability. Here are just a couple of examples. Shortly after I checked in, I realized that the shower drain in my room was not working properly. Since it was quite late in the evening, the hotel service technician had already left for the day. The staff at the front desk immediately offered me another room, and a guest service assistant even helped me with the move. As a result, I got settled into the new room very quickly and everything worked out wonderfully On the day of the Vienna Opera Ball, by total surprise, I was able to purchase tickets to attend the Ball at the Vienna Opera in the mid afternoon. However, in order to get ready for the Ball, I desperately needed a professional touch on my hair. Without advanced planning, I knew that it would be impossible to hire any hairstylist on my own, so I turned to a staff at the front desk for help. In about an hour, he was able to secure the booking of a hairstylist for me. The stylist came to my hotel room that evening and did a great job with my hair. I was able to attend the Opernball, a once in a lifetime experience, with confidence and style..

Only 1 elevator isn't enough. The main entrance door is made of glass; they need someone to be constantly cleaning as people leave their fingerprints, which make it look a bit unpleasant; I had to use my purse to push the door (unless the valet parking staff was not there) Also, when housekeeping cleaned our room, we got sheets with holes and blood stains from someone else, I was so tired as I came back from a quick flight to Switzerland that I couldn't be bothered to ask for a change but I place a towel (I requested for one) and the problem was solved. But seriously, for a big chain part of Marriott, they should change their sheets and provide new ones to their clients when the old ones are overused.

Thw size of the room was small, but was well planned, lets say. The swif was not functioning though. The cleaning can be better performed. The attention to details was lacking. For the price, I was expecting a bit higher standards. The sheets were having older spots, the shower and sink were getting blocked and there were no toiletries offered such as soaps, or dental set as in all higher standard hotels, as Meridien is, which dont actually add such a big cost to the hotel, but do add a nice touch for the customer. Overall was good, but can be seen an way of cutting corners and expenses and skipping checkups.

The hotel is really very good. Very friendly people, always helpful. Location is very good too in the center of the city and still very quiet at night. Especially the big king-size bed was really very good and you sleep like a log in this bed. There was a walk=in" breakfast, you could really get everything you like from scrambled eggs to all kinds of cornflakes, all kind of juices, fruits and breads. The bathroom also good with massage showers and bathtub separated. All very clean too. I will certainly recommend this hotel, you will not at all regret booking this hotel.

Believe it or not, but I cannot find a thing we did'nt like.
