The property was fantastic and very spacious! They views were outstanding and takes your breath away when walking up in the morning. It’s quiet and very clean. The staff was outstanding and were very helpful in anything we needed as it was our first time to the island with our 8 month old son. The pool were great and heated which was so relaxing next to the ocean waters. Rochelle and Belinda were so friendly and even though we had a late check in due to taken the last barge, Rochelle was smiling and ready to check us in with a bottle of wine ❤️😁

The most spectacular views! The pools were amazing, and because there are 4, we had variety. The room was bright, modern, and clean. I loved the sound of the ocean crashing under our apartment. Paradise!

The kitchen was poorly equipped, which made self-catering more challenging than it should have been. Especially for such high-end accommodation. And the dishes could have been cleaner. The slats on my daughters bed fell off. It would be ideal if the inifity pools heated.

We had a great room in a sheltered position near the side (heated) pool with beautiful sea views and a bit of action with the ferries coming and going. Walking distance to supermarket, Thai massage, restaurants and island bus. Great size 2 bedr unit with plenty of space. Good size kitchen. Great bath tub with views in the master bedroom. Covered patio with large table. Another 2 seafront pools (not as sheltered) and a roof top pool, which looked nice, but gate was broken so didn't go in.

We arrived early to the Island after travelling 12 hours- the staff were happy to let us leave our luggage safely so we could explore the community while we waited for our room. Loved the room on the floor, and the accessibility was also a positive. We had no issues with the room. The pools were great.

we had a slight issue with our card accessing the resort however it was sorted instantly. No other issues with the resort.

The location and views from the apartment were wonderful. The apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable and showers had great pressure and nice hot water. The staff were very accommodating, lovely and friendly.

It wasn’t as clean as expected ie. the floors, and there was buildup of old dust and lint on some surfaces in eye sight. We had 3 adults staying in the 3 bedroom apartment so it would have been good to have 3 double beds (instead of singles…pushing the singles together left a rise in the middle) however the beds were comfortable. The apartment and furniture are becoming aged, however it has had a fresh interior paint job and I do believe further renovations may be on the cards.

The location and the view were amazing. It is easy to get to from the ferry and supermarket was close. There are four pool options which were all fantastic. Each night you can see rock wallabies from your balcony.

The unit and complex is needing alot of updating and maintenance. In our unit, there were numerous holes in the walls with poor patch up work, old broken holders still on the walls, mirrors on the floor instead of being mounted on the holders; there are multiple tiles missing in the bathroom and old broken furniture has not been removed. The air conditioner was variable- super cold in bedrooms and hardly working in the living room. It just needs some work to bring back to standard. If it was not for the view, I am unsure if you could justify the cost.

We had an ocean view room and it was incredible. It really made our stay on the island super special.

Unfortunately our room didn’t have the best appliances - the oven had no numbers or writing left on it (rubbed off) so cooking was complete guesswork & the dishwasher didn’t work & kept giving error messages for the filter. Washing pots on holiday wasn’t a good addition.

The second bedroom beds were awful, one you couldn't use, because you just rolled out one side. The kitchen has one old pan to cook with and one saucepan, not ideal with a family over Christmas. No teaspoons at all, I bought 6 and left them there.

Very conveniently located next to the ferry terminal and bus stop. Lovely views of the ocean and back towards Townsville, visible from the master bed and balcony. Spacious apartment with all amenities you would expect. Master has a bathtub with ocean (and balcony)views.

Hill to get up to the property and two flights of steps (no lifts) for my older parents who struggled a bit, particularly with luggage or groceries.
