Set against a gorgeous backdrop, this guesthouse truly makes you feel at home. The caretaker is a very friendly host and makes sure you have a great stay. The rooms are large and spacious, there is a lovely garden and a small stream at the back.

The rooms could do with some upkeep. Although they are large, the couch covers were torn and some of the taps in the bathroom were leaking. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush available so don’t forget to carry them if you are planning to stay here

Everything was just perfect. The was clean, comfortable, breakfast and dinner was extremely rich and tasty. The place is so peaceful, and outside/back of the hotel is so lovely, it has a river that makes you feel relax staying there. Perfect for nature lover. Host was very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. The welcome was very warm and I immediately felt like a family. Almost right now, this place has left me missing it already.✨

We were four of us and we went for a trek to Dilijan area. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While the property was basic, clean & neat and ideal for trekking purposes, it was the hospitality of the host, Mr. Armen which absolutely won us over. We are yet to meet a host who is so polite, helpful and an overall gentle person. No request of ours was a challenge for him. We wanted early breakfast due to our trek schedule - done! We wanted packed lunch to carry on the trek - done! We wanted his help to get money exchanged - he arranged a car for us and accompanied us. He was just amazing and a wonderful asset for this property. Breakfast was excellent.

There is nothing which comes to mind. We are 4 adults and were there only for two nights and through the day we were trekking. We required the property for bed/breakfast/dinner and the property and its manager hit all the right spots. Nothing to complain about.

Spacious room, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the garden is beautiful. Despite the heat during the day the room is comfortably cold. Dinner was good.

Room and bathroom is a bit in need of rennovation, shower leaks, water tap loud. Kitchen equipment could be improved by minor investments: despite being equiped with a hotplate there were no pots or pans (but you can by them at the supermarket in Dilijan). Breakfast and dinner times are not flexible - breakfast at 9.30am earliest is a bit late if you want to explore the area when temperatures are still not that high.

Armen, the hotel owner, is great. he takes great pride in his hotel and goes out of his way to make one's stay super comfortable. He had switched on the heating prior to our arrival so the room was nice and warm. The hotel is a genuine family hotel, has only 8 rooms and is super clean. The breakfast is delicious: the jam was homemade by Armen's wife and the cheese was homemade by the grandmother. Lots of fresh bread, jam, cheese, eggs etc...The hotel may not have the glitz of a normal hotel, but it is quaint, relaxing, super clean and very affordable.

It is a little out of the centre of Dilijan but the Yandex taxis are always around the corner and super cheap

1. Beautiful grounds: lots of trees, beautiful flowers, a hammock in the shade, river running through the back. 2. Friendly staff: manager is very helpful and can arrange transport for a fee, cleaning ladies and cooks are very sweet and welcoming. 3. Comfortable room: family size room is comfy, clean, and has 2 big balconies. 4. Tasty food: breakfast is varied and delicious with huge portions, homemade jams, there is a menu you can order dinner from and the koufta is fantastic.

We liked everything, but the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor and makes a big watery mess.

View from the room was amazing. Stuff is friendly and nice specially Armen.. He is a great person. The garden was great with a very beautiful flowers. There is a little river with a small waterfall in the back of the garden. Breakfast was very good. There was a bidet finally 😄

This was by far our favorite stay on our trip around Armenia. Arman is an excellent host that goes that extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. He offered us a free upgrade when we first arrived and ensured that we were satisfied and content with everything. The location is picturesque and is only a 3 minute taxi ride into the center at the cost of £1. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, Arman and his staff do an excellent job preparing and serving all of their food. We ordered lunch from his restaurant there a couple times and were thoroughly impressed with his cooking. All in all we loved our stay here with Arman and our time in Dilijan wouldn't of been the same without him as he was not only the manger but our friend. We will be sure to stop by again, when we are next in Armenia.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I liked the location and the garden. The garden is really beautiful and manager Armen was doing his best to make the guests feel comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t was that our room was close to the road and sometimes you hear the cars, though I am very sensitive to noises )))
