This little hotel is just the type of place we like to support. It is quirky, clean, comfortable, affordable, the food is really delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also slightly outside of town in a quiet area, and we visited towards the end of the season, so the hotel was nice and peaceful.

The bed in our Jnr Suite was comfortable but very squeaky 🙈 This is not really a negative comment, but might be useful to guests planning your visit in the near future - there are some renovations going on, so if you are looking for silence, that’s not going to happen… but it is really lovely to see the hotel getting a facelift… good luck!

The hotel has lots of character. Prompt answers to my advanced questions by the owner. Staff always available and willing to help you on site (though little English is spoken). New room I got whose bed was super comfortable. Great views over the mountains from the central hall. Last but not least: plentiful and very good selection of items for the breakfast (starting at 9 AM).

Proper heating in the room would be welcome in the near future (I got a small manual heater). Almost necessary to take a taxi to/from city centre or be prepared for a 40-min walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Casanova Inn. The staff were very friendly, including the owner, the breakfast was exceptionally good - we had never eaten pancakes that good! The rooms were clean, and the setting and the views from the balcony were exceptional. I left my phone in a taxi once on the way to the hotel and only noticed it when the taxi had left. The owner tracked down the taxi (I still don't know how!) and 30 minutes later the driver was there bringing my phone back! I will be forever grateful as it had photos of my children for the last few years.

Currently under some Refurb and a new Eating Area will be ready soon with spectacular views over the Mountains. Other upgrades are being made to add to the traditional ambiance offered at the Casanova Inn.

It is currently having renovations and Building Materials block access. The online info states that there is a Sauna & Swimming Pool for Guests. This was not the case and we were informed that they would not be operational until the Ski Season. A Plug is required for the Sink in the Bathroom and there needs to be a Spare Toilet Roll left for guests.

We had such a lovely stay up here at the Casanova Hotel. It's located a short 10 minute taxi ride (always a Yandex available) from the center of town and is nestled alongside a beautiful hill and overlooks the mountains around Dilijan. The atmosphere here is so warm and cozy with a really cool 1930's mountain chalet vibe. Each morning there is a scrumptious breakfast with plenty of variety (and slight variations each morning). Then there is a restaurant which has a lovely menu with plenty of tasty options at reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Vahan who has a heart of gold and speaks perfect English. Haik was also a champion and did a great job attending to our meals. We had a wonderful spacious and tidy room and were kindly upgraded as we arrived during a quiet period. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dilijan to come and stay at the Casanova Hotel. You won't regret it!

We had a great time at Casanova. All the staff are excellent and made us feel welcomed, and we particularly enjoyed taking in the views from the beautiful balconies. The breakfast was very generous - we are not used to having so many options as vegetarians!

There was construction noise nearby, but not much can be done about that and we had a great time anyway. We'd recommend anyone to stay here!

Great location, cosy atmosphere, nice breafast. The family room is like a big apartment - 70 sq m. Special atmosphere and good views all around. Good place to park your car.

No pool, no gym.

We had a wonderful stay at Casanova Inn, the hotel has a homely relaxing ambiance and beautiful scenery overlooking the mountains. The style of the hotel is traditional which is very fitting for the location. The manager Hayk was very accommodating and prepared for us a freshly cooked dinner and breakfast. He is a very good chef and both meals were delicious. We also enjoyed petting the adorable little white cat. The hotel booked for us a taxi, the drivers name is Martin and we would 100% recommend him, he drove us around Dilijan for a very good price and was very friendly. Overall we had a great stay here, the service and value for money is great 👌👌👌

Very cozy and beautiful hotel with a great view. Rooms are very nice and clean. What we loved most was the staff. They are great and very warm, hospitable people who instantly make you feel at home. Also the breakfasts and dinner were amazing! If we will be back in Dilijan we will definitely book a stay here again!

Very rich and tasty breakfasts, the staff are helpful. The decor is rather unusual but interesting.

The room we had had shower combined with toilet and it wasn't separate, making it impossible to prevent one from splashing the whole room while taking a shower.
