Very good location, just 2 min to the lake Sevan and on foot you can reach Sevanavank monastery. Very clean, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly, especially Robert and Naira. The nature around and air are amazing. We were very satisfied with the choice.

Staff was amazing, very helpfull and well mannered. It was super clean. Breakfast is tasty, pool is heated.

Minor inconveniences: no mirror in the room (only in bathroom) and no trash can in the toilet. Also, there is a loud discotec nearby, but they stop the music at midnight.

The resort is at very good location, just 5!min from the monastery, and it is 1 min walk to the lake. The apartment is in good size and the kitchen facility so good. Every room has a set of chairs and table in the front of the apartment in the shared garden, very relaxing. The staff is very polite. Don’t miss to have a meal at the restaurant, the food is the very tasty, and with good environment. We enjoyed our stay in Garden Inn resort.

The entrance from the main road missing an English sign, it will be helpful to have an English sign for foreign guests. The short road after the main road is not in very good condition, but it is not the resort’s fault, I think it is common in Armenia.

Firstly, what I appreciate most is the attitude displayed by the staff in making sure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With special mention to Marie who received us and arranged a tour even at the last minute request .Our language barrier was not a hindrance though as she is always equiped with her translatr app😊. I thank Angeline too who speaks English well with a happy grin as always ready to help. i want to commend our chauffeur David who was also a great tourist guide and like a big brother to my kids. The food in this property was also excellent. We love the breakfast. The property itself is relaxing and my kids really enjoyed the playground and the pool.

At the night of our stay wifi connection was lost.

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and newly furnished, adding to the overall comfort. The restaurant served excellent meals, and the entire place had a cozy, beautiful, and modern ambiance.

The music in the restaurant was a bit loud, even during breakfast at 9 AM.

The staff was very accommodating. I had a baby and needed the kitchen fully functional to heat milk and prepare soft foods. The staff immediately arranged everything we requested. The room was neat and clean, and there was a children's play area outside where my child enjoyed their stay. I plan to return in April during the spring season.

We have found in this hotel everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The hotel consists of bungalows located on a small but very cozy territory. There are a restaurant, sun beds, a playground, a place to light a fire, a small swimming pool on the territory, it is possible to rent a bicycle. The beach is very close. Breakfast consists of an omelet (once there was buckwheat porridge instead), boiled eggs, frankfurters, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, 2 types of muesli with milk, dried fruits and jam, cottage cheese, sour cream, yoghurts, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of sausage, 2 types of pastries, bread, juices and brewed coffee. The bungalow had everything you need to relax, as well as good sound insulation, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Cleaning is done upon your request. Special thanks to the hotel staff - they are very pleasant and hospitable.
