It had a great view of the water. Restaurant was convenient and served a quite filling breakfast as part of the price, though there are cheaper restaurants around for other meals. AC was much appreciated as it was very hot in Flores. Staff was kind and let us drop our bags and use the pool before we checked in as our flight landed early.

Not necessarily a con, but note that the rooms, or at least ours, was quite small. It was clean however. Staff speak mostly Spanish. At the restaurant it was fine if you have google translate and some broken Spanish, but when we tried ordering room service the meal that came was not at all what we had asked for, so maybe if your Spanish isn’t great, just go to the restaurant to order.

The location is fantastic right on the water. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the breakfast included was top notch. Got your choice of like 6 different breakfasts and the staff was quick and efficient and super polite. They spoke great English and had no issues communicating. If you have issues with stairs, make sure to ask for a lower level as there is no elevator. All rooms had air conditioning. The bathroom was very up-to-date and had no issues with hot water. The apts across the street are roomy and super comfortable.

The bedding had a plastic mattress pad that you slept on and was sticky and uncomfortable. I didn't like that there were only 3 lounge chairs in the entire place down by the pool. Be great if there were more areas to lounge, even in the shade. We stayed 2 nights in their apts across the street and no chairs on the deck.We like to sit outside so was a miss for us. Can get a bit noisy if you gave the street as it is one of the busiest streets in Flores. Can be a plus too as great people watching.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and good breakfast (even for takeaway). Clean and in a very good location. Very friendly and helpful staff and services.

Basically, all was fine, but the first night we had a room right next to the pool, and very close to the local party area, and therefore, it was super loud. Even with earplugs I couldn't sleep until 3 am because there was a big wedding with gunshots and loud music. That night a change of rooms wasn't possible, but the next night they kindly transferred us to a more quiet room.

good location. nice pool although often quite busy with children. lovely view from balcony area infront of room. good aircon. helpful cleaners.

cleaners are very good but it does take them a while to get round the property. often our room wasn’t cleaned till the afternoon which was when we wanted to shelter from the heat.

- Snorkel gear, beach towels and beach chairs were freely available for usage - Breakfast was a very nice 2 course set up. First fruits with yogurt, granola and a piece of bread on the side. The second round was something different every day. - The room was nicely airconditioned upon arrival

- Staying in the bungalow the bathroom facility was slightly outdated - The roof was not fully closed, although we did not spot insects inside

We got one of the apartments. It was big, modern, well equipped and clean with fan and air-conditioning. The breakfast was nice.

The windows give to a closed patio with noisy neighbours and didn't let us sleep for 2 nights. Someone was smoking and smoke invaded our apartment with impossibility to air the space apart from opening the front door. The breakfast box was ridiculous. Do not take any services, they are overpriced.

beautiful hotel in front of the lake, the pool was amazing, the staff was friendly and even the tourist were nice and friendly. the food was amazing and the drinks were so good, we had mojitos!

i thought we were going to get a room with a view to the pool we got a room facing the street and there’s a restaurant/bar that has music going on. it was a bit annoying but I was so tired from my Tikal tour that I really didn’t mind.

Perfect location and stunning views of the lake. Property was clean and we felt safe all the time. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant were exceptional, especially the pancakes and pina coladas! Such good value for money.

Furniture was slightly outdated but it didn’t worry us at all.

The hotel is close to everything or walking distance. I liked that there was cleaning service everyday, we appreciate that. The pool was great to use after a long hot day of doing activities. The staffs were really nice and the place was clean.

The Hotel has a good location and you can reach everything on Peten by foot. The serve a good breakfast and everything is very clean. The rooms are nice and big and you feel at home. We recommend to stay at the Hotel because its nice, clean and has a very nice view on the lake. Also the pool was clean and nice.
