The rooms were a lovely size and have everything you need, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, tv, free wi-fi and lots of power/charging points, they were cleaned everyday the air conditioning was good and they were lovely and quiet. We had a room on the 20th Floor with a lovely view of the Empire State building. All the staff are lovely and friendly and reception a happy to help you with anything you need. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast is an added bonus. It’s very central and easy to get to all major attractions from it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when in New York.

Fantastic location close to 34th st station & lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed here for a week as a family of 5 at the start of April. We had 2 x Queen beds plus a fold out sofa. It was tight for 5 of us but it was comfortable. The free daily breakfast was excellent. Very handy not to have to leave the hotel to eat breakfast. Good variety of food & drinks. There was a dry cleaner across the street who washed & dried clothes same day service. Very handy & reasonably priced.

Breakfast great. Room big. Hair dryer perfect. Shower hot. Bed comfortable. Aircon worked well. Coffee maker perfect. Quiet street. Room soundproof.Macyc shop and hop on hop off around the corner. Would stay here again.

Have to use the subway,for sightseeing. Subway confused me a lot. The locals helped me with the subway.Still confusing. .One or two creepy people at subway,but Safe. Not so many eateries nearby.

Location - in the heart of NY, located equally from Central Park and Finance District. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops near the hotel. View - in previous visit I was luckier and I had a room with the amazing view at the Empire State Building. Breakfast was included and good with tasty coffee. No charge for keeping luggage before departure to the airport. The lobby is comfortable and cozy. The room was clean.

Bed linen - with some attritions. In this visit I had a view at the street so there was noisy in the morning. Breakfast has a limit in time. At the workdays - since 06:30 till 09:00. There is a crowd in the breakfast room if you come after 08:00.

The location is just perfect and we were on a walking distance to the central area places and we had restaurants and other food stores nearby, the room was with good size and there was a variety of foods for breakfast. There was a nice terrace with view. Great view from our room as well!

The staff was ok, but they seemed uninterested in providing us more comfort. When booking a taxi to the airport there was some lack of clarification on if our driver arrived and we almost ended up in thecar for the wrong airport. The terrace with the view could be more nicely decorated and arranged.

Excellent room size (high floor king room) with a nice view of the city. I came in very low season (February), so the price was also really good. The hotel has a rooftop, without a bar, but with a direct view on the Empire State Building. Location very central, close to Bryant Park and Macy's. Breakfast was quite decent for NYC hotel standards and included in the price.

Some improvements to the breakfast room could be made. Depending on the time in the morning, there can be quite long lines. Otherwise, nothing else to mention. Great stay!

The property was clean, beautiful, safe, and an excellent value in an excellent location. Very walkable to lots of fantastic sites and to the metro. Staff was fantastic, receptive, and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and made an already great value even better for my big family. We enjoyed the city view from the 26th floor terrace, which saved me from spending on Top of the Rock or something similar for all of my young children — they were delighted with the view they saw. We were even given an upgrade upon check in with an astonishing view of the Empire State Building. We were beyond happy with our experience!

We had a room on the 23rd with a comfortable, king-size bed. The room was dog-friendly. Our room was more spacious than we expected for NYC-standards, and we really enjoyed the fact that our room had a couch. The view from our room and the rooftop terrace were both very impressive. The location is superb; the hotel is conveniently located in mid-town NYC, so many landmarks and attractions are within walking distance or easily connected by bus or metro, and the street itself is not too busy. Breakfast and coffee/tea are complimentary. Staff was generally helpful and friendly.

The internet speed was very low, although it did seem to fluctuate a bit with the time of the day. The breakfast buffet is not very big; I'd recommend adding more and fresher fruit and vegetables, cheeses, and cereal options without any added sugar.

Amazing views from room and the communal terrace. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice. We never had to wait for a table, and we always had plenty to eat and drink. The room was cleaned every day. The shower was really powerful and the bathroom and bedroom were both spacious. Perfect location. We will be back!

The TV buffered/cut out a lot. We obviously weren't in New York to watch television, but we had wanted to stay in and watch some sport one evening and found it impossible due to the poor signal or connection.
