This hotel is always a good option for those who are going to spend a few days in NY. The location is very close to Macy's, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square. You can do most of the sightseeing on foot and the subway is right next door, which is a great help. The breakfast is good, considering New York standards. The room was a reasonable size and everything worked.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time, the bed had some structural problems. The last time, the room smelled horrible (like dirty air conditioning). Both times, the staff immediately changed the room and solved the problem. However, you may have some difficulties if it is high season.

The location was 15-20 mins walk from where we wanted to visit. On our list was Times Square, and Rockefellar Center. Our room view was of the Empire State Building which was a bonus. We chose the hotel because of location, price and that breakfast was included. We visited with children so it was easier to have breakfast available early morning. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels , coffee, teas, juice. Coffee, tea is available 24/7.

The hotel is in the perfect location, steps away from a metro station and, walking distance to some of the major attractions. We had a double room with two queen beds for a family of 4 (two small kids). The room was much bigger than expected. There is a complimentary tee and coffee in the room, and on top of that hotel offers coffee and water to go, available in the lobby 24/7 free of charge.

There are two elevators which are quite busy, it may take a while to get up/down during the rush hours. The breakfast area is small and we found it a bit crowded. Breakfast selection is poor, boring and not the highest quality but it makes your stomach full. After a week of eating white sweet bread and eggs, I will not look at this type of food for some time. There are no veggies but different types of fruit are available. Only paper plates and plastic cutlery are available. It makes me feel bad to think how much trash we produced during a week-long stay.

The location was perfect for my needs. Even though I did not need to use it this time, there is a subway station right at the corner and it is only a few blocks away from Penn Station and the Madison Square Garden. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The full breakfast was excellent and the fact that there is coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours is very nice. Lots of stores and restaurants at walking distance.

The bed was a little hard for my taste, I would have liked one more pillow and the television system is not easy to handle. There are no instructions as to how to access specific channels. I had to go one by one.

Hotel is great! We had 4 rooms (8 ppl) 1.the staff is the best! very helpful and nice from the check in to check out. staff at breakfast was great too 2.Free breakfast was very appreciable (see also minus point) 3.The housekeeping was very good too : enough towels, room was cleaned everyday in the morning 4.Location is fantastic. 5.wifi worked really well and was fast enough to watch tv online all in all a very good stay

i am very happy with our stay! if I had to find small things to improve : 1.the elevators. only 2 very slow and small elevators for 20 floors 2.breakfast room is small. To find a spot might be a challenge if you don't wake up early

The location was excellent with subway diagonally across the road however was just a quick walk down to Times Square Rockefeller Centre etc. We picked this place based on the reviews of location and the price was great for 4 nights over Xmas period. Room was not massive but as a family of four with luggage we managed to have enough space to enjoy our stay in the 2 x double bed with view of Empire State Building room - beds were comfy. We really didn’t spend much time in the room due to exploring. Rooms were tidy and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. We were on level 13 and it did have view if you went up to the window and looked up. If you get the chance ask for a higher floor. Breakfast was great - the DIY waffle station was a great hit with the kids. Plenty of options with hot or continental option. Takeaway hot choc/coffee station. Staff were friendly and welcoming and looked after our luggage on the last day so we could explore. All in all we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

The light in the bathroom is sensor which was blinding on the kids during those nighttime bathroom visits - would be handy if it could be manually turned off. I would prefer glasses and coffee mugs in the room rather than disposable cups but for the price we paid it’s not a deal breaker. Also it would be handy to have a dedicated tips tray in the room for house keeping rather than electronic QR code option.

Hotel 10/10! The location is amazing! Very close to Times Square but not in the middle of the chaos. There’s a subway station right on the corner, making it easy to access everything. It’s on the same corner as Macy’s and close to Bryant Park. The room was quiet, and the window view of the Empire State Building (just one block from the hotel) was fantastic. The breakfast was great for U.S. standards. The hotel offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water, which I found excellent. We were able to do an early check-in for an additional cost, and it was worth it. It was my second time staying in New York, and I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

We got a free upgrade to our room, which we appreciated. Comfy beds. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was also good, and free coffee was available all day. The location is great, right next to a train station. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Two elevators are definitely not enough for this building, and we had to take the stairs on multiple occasions as it was just taking too long. The breakfast area gets super crowded, so get there before 7:30AM if you can. The temperature in the room was difficult to control.

Location is great, accessible within walking distance to Times Sq, to Korean town, to Broadway, 5th and 6th Aves and subway. Love the Korean restaurants just outside the hotel too. Every staff is friendly and helpful be it from the front desk, cleaners, security guy and the staffs topping up breakfast every morning always wear a smile. Rooms is clean, neat and comfortable. Common area aren't grand but good enough. Love the 24/7 availabilities of water, coffee and tea in the pantry area and the vending machine with snacks and drinks. The breakfast might not be the most luxurious but it has enough varieties for us, had fun making our own waffles for breakfast!!

Not every room with view can see the Empire State building, room without view basically facing another building's windows but we have our blinds drop most of the nights. Only 2 small elevators available, can be busy if there's big group checking in/out, thankfully both elevators are working well, so practice patience is the key or just take the stairs if not on high floor rooms. Toothbrush/toothpaste, room slippers, bath robes are not included, so just bring along your owns. Wish they renovate the common area carpeted floor to the wooden ones like the room as well.
