the staff was super from the top down all A++

when checkout rolled around at 11 I had just woken up and asked for late checkout they gave me til 12 which is normal BUT THEY PERFORMED THIS trick they do but turning up the heat to make you uncomfortable and leave faster also started calling and pressuring me to leave we’ll after spending 350$ on a normally 200$ room plus was there with my friend for over 4 days at that point I wasn’t happy with that

they charge a $15 facility fee per day when there arent really facilities. the staff told me it was for the wifi and water! its just a way to advertise a lower rate on the internet when the nightly rate is really much more. otherwise dont advertise free wifi. tell people up front you charge $15 per day for it

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel!! After spending 9/10 days here, I can confidently say that it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spacious and impeccably CLEAN, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff who did an outstanding job. I particularly loved the attention to detail! The BED was absolutely heavenly, providing the perfect restful sleep each night. What truly made this hotel stand out was the exceptional SERVICE from the reception staff. Every single person I encountered was genuinely happy and eager to assist. Their warmth and sincerity made us feel valued as guests. Also met the manager, such an amazing man! Aside from the top-notch service, the hotel itself was a sanctuary of tranquility. There were no disturbances or noises, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The well-lit ambiance created a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. All in all, I can't wait to return to this hotel. It left such a positive impression on us that it's now my go-to choice whenever I'm in the area. The amazing rooms, impeccable cleaning, genuine service, and overall sense of safety made our stay absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience.

I booked the hotel via Booking.com, but when I checked in, I was not in the hotel system. Booking.com explained to me that the hotel gave my reservation to a senior guest. if it was true, I am afraid of your attitude of treat a normal guest like me. I won't try to book this hotel. But I don't know if it was true because all your staff there treated me very friendly and very helpful. I will go to NY on Jun.11, I don't want to take a risk again, so I booked another hotel although I like your hotel room and staff very much

Firstly, the location of this hotel is excellent. It's less than a ten minute walk to times square and we felt like everything was on our doorstep e.g. central park, broadway shows etc. (15-20 min walk from the hotel to central park). In addition to this, the hotel staff were really friendly and we were made to feel welcome throughout our stay. There's a couple of excellent cafe's just as you walk out and turn left which are great places to pick up some breakfast etc. The hotel arranged a taxi back to Newark for us (our initial transfer was arranged free through booking.com) at a cost of $105 (cash)/$110(card) which we also thought reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again.

The only downside (which to be honest wasn't too big a deal) was that there was sometimes a wait for the lifts. There are only 2 in the building and we were on the 13th and 17th floors so at times it was a bit of a wait but apart from this everything else was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York and overall, I had a great experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated in a convenient spot in the heart of Manhattan, close to many popular attractions such as Times Square and the Empire State Building. This made it easy for me to explore the city on foot and also find plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms at the hotel were also very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed which ensured I had a good night's sleep. The room was also equipped with all the amenities I needed including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge and a safe. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any queries I had. I found the value for money to be good as well, as the hotel's rates were reasonable considering its prime location and the comfortable amenities provided. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Manhattan. P.S. Our room had a view of Empire State Building which was nice!

Very nice small hotel in the city center. Large room and bathroom, good bed and friendly staff. The hotel is close to Times Square and Madison Square Garden.

The reception area was pleasant and the staff wore uniforms. Shirley welcomed us with a smile and warm greeting, told us about the room upgrade to a suite which I was very happy to receive. The room was on the top floor, it was spacious with also had good sized bathroom with tub/shower combo. The sink and sink area could be bigger but overall good. A nice surprise is the bonus kitchen/ small dining area with nice big glass windows (with shades). It had a small sink plus a coffeemaker. & flat-screen tv in addition to the one in the main sleeping area. The chocolates added another welcoming touch. The only thing that could have made it better would be a king bed. There’s a tastefully furnished lounge with sofas, tables & chairs and it’s good-sized with 4 separate areas and two sets of tables & chairs on one wall. It’s a nice room to hang out, drink the complimentary coffee in the main lobby area. Koreatown is within walking distance plus many bars and restaurants as well. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay and wished we spent the next night there as well. Will definitely consider for future stays! It’s unfortunate that the messaging service direct to the hotels via the Booking.com website didn’t really work - I sent the hotel a message there asking for the rate for the second night but I didn’t get a response. It appeared on the site that it was a way to message the hotel directly. It it was one-way as I never got a response. Booking’.com you need to fix that.

I wished the suite had a king bed and the sink in the bathroom was bigger with counters around it to put toiletries, etc.

I was about an hour early at check in and was pleased my room was ready. When I got to the room, I found housekeeping had not even started to clean it. I returned to the front desk and the associate apologized and immediately assigned me another room, 4 floors from the original room. The room was pretty quiet even though it faced the street. Hotel associates were very friendly, smiling and, I noticed, kind and polite to each other in addition to the guests. I appreciated there was a manager or assistant manager in the lobby greeting guests and helping his/her associates. The hotel associates were all professionally dressed and neat, a challenge in the hot weather.

The trolley with the linens and towels was in the hallway by the elevator the entire time (day and night) of my stay. It didn't inconvenience me, but for an upscale hotel, I expected it would be stored after Housekeeping is done for the day.

I am completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. My room had a both a bed and a sofa bed. It was plenty of space for me and my family to stay in. The location is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan so it was very easy to reach all the famous sights. They also had very good airport shuttle service.

My room had a leak from the ceiling near the door at night. Sometimes the room service would ask you too many times when you will be out so they could clean your room. They also will forget to give you body wash and bottles of water.
