It’s a nice hotel rooms are spacious comfortable modern and really clean. Indoor Spa is not very big but there are only a few guests so that’s fine.

It’s about 2.5 km out of town, from earlier reviews we thought the shuttle bus would be every hour, ist actually only every 1.5 hours max, in the evening 2 hours and mid day there’s a 3.5 hours break. You have to book in advance with the reception and they have only a Vietnamese telephone number so it’s hard to change your mind it’s all somewhat circuitous. It should run every hour. The staff even leading positions is not very good in English which makes it hard to explain things to them. We had to change rooms when we extended our booking, after packing everything and bring it down to the lobby they said we can stay in the same room, nobody managed to tell us. Watch out to not make your towels too dirty with mud from hiking or so or you will have to pay for them..

I love everything here! - Hotel is very new, spacious, nice design and decoration. - Many facilities, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, fitness, Kids room, sky lounge. - My room is very spacious, super clean and quiet. Bed is also comfy. - If no foggy, you can see nice view from balcony of the restaurant. - All staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is variety. - Close to Fanxipan cable car. Hotel sent me there by hotel shuttle car. Cable car ticket can be purchased at the hotel as well. - There is free shuttle service from hotel to Sapa center and return back to hotel.

The service from the staff wasn’t the best but we don’t feel this is entirely their fault. The management of the hotel should be giving them better training so the staff feel more comfortable in their roles, making for a better all round experience for guests and the staff. The spa is beautiful however, no one told us there was a sauna in the bathrooms in the pool room that we could have used for free.

The views from everywhere in the hotel are breathtaking. I would highly recommend a mountain view suite, the extra money is definitely worthwhile when waking up to that view. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. As vegetarians, we had plenty of choice. Staff were helpful in arranging taxis for us for a cheap price. The hotel shuttle service into the main town centre was great. If you are looking to go to Fansipan Mountain via the cable car station, this is right on your doorstep! The pool facilities are great.

It would be great if food at breakfast could be labelled as vegetarian or not, to make it clear. The spa bookings seem to fill up very quickly, so if you are interested in booking a treatment, I'd recommend doing so early.

This hotel is more beautiful in person! The view from the lobby/restaurant is fantastic but wait until you get to the jacuzzi and pool area!! It's stunning. I liked that it requires a drive to the city proper (Sun Plaza) because it's quiet and serene. It's situated at a hilltop so it's also cooler in there. They offer a shuttle service so don't worry about going to the town. Grab is also very much accessible. I will book this hotel again when I come back to Sapa.

The staff service could be a bit better. We extended another night, but they had us check out at noon and check in at 2 pm- which I wouldn't mind if it had been communicated properly. Plus a few other lapses that I will no longer mention since they were resolved right then and there.

I’d give a 10/5 rating if I could. The hotel was absolutely incredible. Located at the peak of the mountain, above the clouds, it offers breathtaking views with clouds below the hotel on clear days—it’s truly stunning. The staff were exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding hospitality. They even let us take a shower before our sleeper bus departed at 10pm. The room was spacious and beautiful, definitely worth the price. A huge thank you to the team—their hospitality is unmatched, surpassing that of any other 5-star hotel we've stayed at.

This hotel is brand new and therefore extra clean and shiny. If you can afford it (and the weather is okay), do ask for a room with mountainview. Pools are great. Restaurant is good (although the question whether I wanted my chicken medium or well-done scared me a bit at first)

The ladies at the reception seem also brand new. Not a lot of experience and no answers to basic questions, probably partly coming from a lack of understanding of rudimentary English. They are extremely friendly, though. We clearly were there during low season, a few days before Tet: skybar was closed, breakfast choice minimal. Nothing to do with the hotel, but avoid going to Cat Cat village at any cost. What a tourist trap!

The breathtaking views. The infinity pool from which you can appreciate the vistas from. The modern spacious feel of everything but particularly liked how the old and new came together with the craft work displayed amongst the mod coms from the indigenous people of Sa Pa. The people running the hotel were all very welcoming and human.

Compared to other 5 star hotels that we’ve stayed at the early check was tricky for us when it is such an isolated hotel. It would have been nice to have had free access to the hotels amenities after we had settled up our bill and even had lunch there.

We had such a fantastic stay at Lady Sapa. Initially, we were undecided about whether to choose a popular hotel in the center or Lady Sapa, which is a 15-minute shuttle bus ride from town. We definitely don’t regret our decision. It’s a beautifully designed resort with breathtaking views from both the room and the pool. We even managed to capture some stunning photos and drone shots that look out of this world. It was my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it a special day. They coordinated with my partner, so when we arrived, there were balloons, a cake, and a fruit platter waiting for me. It was absolutely stunning and the best birthday I’ve ever had. I can’t thank the staff enough for this. The staff were also very helpful in booking taxis and transfers and even provided us with packed breakfasts for our early departure. We took advantage of the spa, which was a lovely experience. I highly recommend the salt room and the pool. The room itself was luxurious, complete with an excellent shower and a bathtub with petals. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in while in Vietnam. The WiFi was strong, allowing us to work for a couple of days, including making video calls with no issues. Breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries. I also recommend trying some of the room service options, like the pasta bolognese and club sandwiches, both of which were delicious. Overall, this was one of our best stays in Southeast Asia, and we would love to return. It’s a new hotel, so everything is top-notch quality, clean, and new.

We found that we needed more water for the room. Each day, you only get two small bottles, which run out pretty quickly in this climate. There isn’t a shop nearby, so your only other option is to drink water from the mini-bar, which is priced at mini-bar rates! The location is a bit out of the center, but that’s clear when you’re booking. However, the shuttle buses are convenient, or you can easily book a taxi at reception. It was fine for us because we were working during our stay, so we didn’t need to be in the center all the time. If you’re here purely for a holiday and want to be near the center without spending too much time at the resort, it might not be the best fit for you. But for our needs, it was perfect.

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, pool and spa, room bed was so comfortable and big, everything so clean and new. A big thank you to all the staff who were amazing in all areas of the hotel. Catherine the reservation manager was so helpful before we arrived and a special thank you to Linh who made our stay extra special with lots of information and help, so friendly and kind. Location perfect near Fansipan and a short taxi ride to Sapa town. Was a great place to relax after a busy day, views from our room of mountains and the infinity pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend
