The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, I felt important to them. The rooms were airy and peaceful and very clean. The food was very tasty and the restaurant was a nice dining experience.

Website is less than helpful for finding out information. The billing system is horrendous... I was overcharged twice and was told that the system would update and my bill would be fixed... This has yet to happen and I'm going to have to call them to fix it. The parking situation was expensive and parking deck conditions were deplorable... unless you did valet, which was extra.

My Boyfriend and I visited Atlanta to celebrate our 5th anniversary and the guest services agent, Tyler, made everything more special! At check-in we informed him that we were celebrating our anniversary and he quickly upgraded our room! Tyler also had a nice card, wine, and desserts delivered to our room later that night! On our last day, we made our way to the bar downstairs and were served the most delicious drinks by Alexis! She was very kind and personable! Overall, this hotel is amazing. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Whenever I return to Atlanta, I will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

The concierge was exceptionally welcoming, which set the tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in much earlier than expected, a thoughtful gesture that made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the beautifully decorated garden was a highlight, providing a peaceful and pretty spot to enjoy.

The bathtub in the bathroom retained water, making it challenging to enjoy a long shower.

We loved this place! The thick walls were a lifesaver since we had a 1-year-old who was constantly making noise, and it made us feel less worried about disturbing others. The staff were incredible—so kind and attentive. They checked in on us regularly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, like providing a crib and microwave. It really felt like they cared, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free.

Paying for parking.

The front desk staff and valet staff was always very friendly and courteous. They were prepared for my late arrival and made me feel welcome upon entering the hotel. Front desk staff and valet staff were also consistently helpful and answered any questions I had throughout my stay. Both were attentive, as well.

I stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 nights and 3 days. Despite requesting such services, room was only cleaned once during my visit. I made note of this on my last morning to the front desk staff and room was promptly tended to and clean upon my return that afternoon, but disappointed over the prior two days when I returned from travel adventures to see my room wasn't cleaned (this includes full trash, unmade bed, and untended bathroom).

I appreciated the comfortable king-size bed and the peaceful night’s sleep it provided.

I found it frustrating to have to monitor my bill due to being double-charged for valet and garage parking, which are two separate fees. Additionally, I had to repeatedly notify front desk staff about my ESA dog, and now I need to provide certification, which I plan to obtain soon.

The courtyard in the back was lit up with beautiful Christmas decor !! The seating , the cleanliness.. and space

Pool closed to early ‘ I feel like their should be and adult swim 10pm until 12!! Some people would love to enjoy the indoor pool after long hours or work , the water is good for muscle pain and tension !

Hotel does not have grab bars in each bathroom. Requested a room with grab bars (not a rollin shower setup) and they adjusted that. GRAB BARS SB IN EVERY BATHTUB SETUP. A $20 ITEM TO SAVE SOMEONE FROM FALLING!

1) Requested a chair without wheels for our room ON THE FIRST DAY AT THE FRONT DESK TALKING DIRECTLY TO AN OLDER MALE PERSON WHO APPEARED TO BE THE 'BOSS'. Only chair in the room was a desk chair w/wheels. This one request was NOT fulfilled with no explanation given. So for 5 days we had one chair that we had to push against the bed so it would not take off. Being a short person it was difficult to get up on the 18" high mattress setup so sitting on the bed was not an option. 2) Morning of last day, called down directly to the front desk and talked with a woman to request a large luggage cart and person to help us leave. One person came, without cart, and was knocking on the wrong door.

Reception, all the staff, the room, the bed, the bathroom, and included breakfast, was all excellent.

Indoor Pool area looked really nice. It was big and very clean but the smell of chlorine was so intense that my family couldn't use the pool. The smell made it hard to breath. Very disappointed as we booked this place partly because of the indoor pool. I had to deduct a point for it on my review.

the location is great though a bit far from the airport and the ambience very good

although i paid in advance inclusive of breakfast when making the booking, i still got charged for breakfast. this became a long issue for discussion at the point of check-out with front desk and breakfast team indicating to me that Booking.com did not inform them about my cost being inclusive of breakfast. when i asked them whether Booking.com gave them the payment i made in advance and told them about the length of my stay, they were silent. i seriously didn't like that experience at all and as i write, i am not sure whether those charges have been reversed to my credit card
