I liked that the hotel had an elevator and very close to the tube station, restaurants and nice stores. The Marylebone area has a lot of interesting shops, including a popular book store called Daunt Books. Lots of restaurants to choose from. It is also very close to Regent's Park (~5 minute walk) which is quite large and beautiful. We walked there at dusk and there were a lot of people strolling about and it seemed safe. Our room had three twin beds and although a tight fit, we were comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage or large pieces of luggage, it may be difficult. We had two 21" carry ons, one duffle, and three day packs. There is a wardrobe available and the duffle and a backpack fit in nicely.

The room got a little warm and the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled so we opened the windows and that helped. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Water pressure in the shower was on the low side. We didn't bring these things to the attention of management since it wasn't a big problem for us.

If the guest in the room above yours wakes up, you will also wake up (walking and toilet flush noises are transmitted directly). Not very welcoming reception staff.

Location is excellent, only a few mins walk from Baker St tube station. Close to many good restaurants, pubs and cafes. Hotel looks recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff at reception. Very quiet hotel through the night which is rare in London at this price point. Would definitely return.

Minor negative points reduced overall score of the hotel slightly. Room 411 is a top floor room that is VERY small for two people when set up as a twin. It may work better as a double. Room space is further restricted by steep sloping ceilings which reduce the already small floor space. Only one of us could move around the room or go to the bathroom at any time provided the other person lay on their bed. I asked for a high room for noise reasons so the small space was partly my own fault. The bathroom was very clean but the shower pressure was very poor, probably due to the high floor location. Solution - ask for a lower floor next time.

The location was perfect within walking distance of take away shops and cafes. The room were perfect for a single traveler with a very nice bed and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is a must and I had the full english for £10 and there were other selections like fruit, yogurts, cereals, cake, toast, orange juice and as much tea or coffee you need. The dining room and kitchen staff were fantastic and it was a peaceful well furnished place to enjoy breakfast. I really couldn't say anything bad about my stay and the elevator was a surprise and so useful.

Location of the hotel is Super. Easy access to Baker Street Station Tube and many buses lines. also many pubs, shops and restaurants around. also Staff was always kind, ready to help and assist. Rooms wasn't too big but - for our purposes, being out all day - room and stay was fine.

only some suggestions: I would suggest to rethink a better room lay out or distribution to be more comfortable. Bathroom was large but for example, sink was really really small. I would add some shelves to place bathrooms items.

Pretty decent for the price paid. A very basic but comfortable room for 3 people. Fantastic location for access to Baker Street station, which was perfect for an event at Wembley. Surrounding area was lovely and quirky, with plenty of boutique shops and cafes. Breakfast was simple but effective; a continental fry up for a tenner per head. Staff were welcoming, especially the morning receptionists and the breakfast chefs. The triple room contained a fridge, coffee, tea etc, had a decent sized and clean bathroom, and the single beds were comfy enough. All in all, good value for money in London's prices.

The shower could've been hotter and the bathroom tap had too much pressure which splashed over the basin at times. Other than that, a good stay.

Good location, quiet overnight, nice to have a hotel bathroom with a bath as well as shower. We arrived early to leave bags with reception intending to check in later and room was already ready so that was a nice bonus.

I booked a triple room listed as having a double and a single but then got a message asking me to confirm this or if I wanted 3 singles. This was a little disconcerting. Looking back at description, it was hidden away in instructions to do this instead of 3 x single being a room option so if booking a triple, send a message.

This hotel is essentially fine, clean, and comfortable, conveniently located near Baker Street (a great location). The room size is adequate, and the beds are comfy. The internet connection is very fast. For me, it was a great place to spend the night and get some work done online.

This hotel is no-frills but serves as a decent place to spend the night. However, I found it inconvenient to have to present my passport at check-in, which feels reminiscent of authoritarian regimes. Additionally, the internet access requires a long code, which can be cumbersome. It would be better if the connection could be made automatically.

The family room was spacious for 5 of us. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for suitcases. The facilities were clean and warm. I had no idea how to change the thermostat but we were comfortable in our room. (This was my issue not the hotels) The staff were accomodating and assisted us when we needed to use a microwave. They went above and beyond. The hotel is situated in a beautiful picturesque street close to the tube station. Perfect pit stop for a short stay.
