There were varieties of choices for breakfast. The location was very convenient. I heard a lot of guests were complaining of the elevators but I find that it’s a very efficient way, where people can’t cut in line.

The ac/heater noise in the room was loud. Had to use ear plugs to make the room noises turn to background noises. Took the housekeeping staff over 30 min to bring new sheets/blankets in the middle of the night at 3am. I’m sure it was not a busy time.

Very clean and comfortable. Great size. Central location. We had a room in a corner which offered us a marvelous view of the city. Staying in the room was truly a pleasure: nice atmosphere, very clean, great mattress, great TV.

The breakfast is not very diverse (difficult to find fresh and healthy things) and can get very crowded, so are the elevators. We booked a room with "a kitchen" that was supposed to allow us to "store and cook food". It was clearly not true as the room didn't have a stove. Although the staff was very friendly and tried to help us, but the add was just misleading.

The 24 hr coffe and hot tea was great considering it was so dang cold when we were there and it was nice to come in go straight to lobby and get a warm drink and wind down before we went to the room. The breakfast also had many great selections!

That I am a Hilton Diamond member and because I booked through this website I couldn't get my points nor did I get to utilize the free water bottles that Diamond club members get.

This was a great place to stay and the staff were very accommodating. They were always friendly and able to help with the requests we had. Daily breakfast was good with a good range of items.

The only issue was that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night.

Staff were always present, smiling, and eager to help with anything.

The wifi didn't work well in the room but great in the lobby.

I was nervous with check in as there are two hotels which confused me. Also my card wasn’t approved, so I called to the bank and figured out that for 50 minutes. It’s better to pay online, but you will pay additional security deposit in the front desk in amount of 100$ per night, so you need your card anyway (be prepared for that)! Even you are in 4 blocks from Time Square, be prepared that you can’t have access from the hotel to celebrate New Year night on Time Square! You should know public access to get there for free and be prepared to stay in huge line with crowds of people or book privet party and be ready to have difficulty to enter there!

Being in Times Square made it very easy to get rush tickets to shows. The breakfast was excellent and the staff worked very hard to keep things stocked and moving along. Michaela, at registration was wonderful!

We booked our suite six months prior, when the hotel was still being built. At the time, we booked for four people in the suite, which seemed like it would be fine. When we arrived, we found out that the pull out couch is only a twin. We did figure out how to make it work, but it was very cozy!

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square was phenomenal! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Times Square. Despite being in such a bustling area, once inside the hotel, we found a tranquil oasis. The room was modern, and clean, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional breakfast spread. The rotational menu ensured that each morning brought new and delicious options, catering to every taste and preference. It truly set the tone for the rest of the day. The staff at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the friendly front desk team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, my experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square was nothing short of fantastic. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the heart of the Big Apple. We will be returning on our next trip to New York City!
