Honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is around 100 yards off Broadway and Times Square but is not affected by the light and noise. The staff were happy to help with anything we needed. The room was on the snug side for 4 people but we didn't spend much time in it and were so exhausted we just slept anyway. Breakfast was great, not quite the same as an English breakfast buffet but something for everyone. And, after checking out, they are happy to hold your bags for the day at no extra cost. All in all, bloody fantastic....

Nothing really... the room was a bit small but you don't go to New York to sit in your hotel room.

I was ready to cancel the booking that I made few months earlier reading the reviews but we decide to go because of location and it’s a new hotel and we did a good decision We stayed in hotel with my daughter 4 nights for New year - everything it’s perfect We didn’t have any problems with elevator or check in-check out, breakfast it’s basic,clean room,good view , very helpful staff and bonus is that you have all day coffee , tea, hot chocolate free to take .

Was pretty crowded at times in the breakfast area and lobby. Also a bit disappointed that hotel asked for arrival time in case of being early, which we were, but once we arrived we were told to wait right till 3pm to check in. Made us think that some sort of accommodation could be made but wasn't. It was very busy in the lobby most ofvthe time and the lower floors seemed to have to wait for elevators for very long times. I was on 30 and it didnt seem to affect anyone on the higher floors as much. Also there was no where to leave my bag when we arrived so I ended up carrying it around till we were able to check in.

Small room

The room was small even for 2 people but still comfy and well decorated. The room had everything that you needed including a microwave and small fridge. The staff at the front desk and coffee house remained calm and courteous even though they were running full force daily during our stay there.

The breakfast spread was good however I would have preferred a bit of change in the daily menu.

Perfect location, modern and clean. Just few minutes from the heart of Times Square.

Room is way to small - with 2 bags you hardly walk to the window ;) Breakfast is okay but way too crowded - cue for some dishes was 20 minutes, and we hardly could find a table to sit and eat.

The location was close to the metro stations and walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller center. The key card for the elevator so you could only go to the floor your room was on and the lobby. I felt it was very safe and clean!

There were long waits for the elevator around checkout and sometimes the elevator would be full so you couldn’t get on and had to scan your card again for a different one. The bathroom door in my room was very difficult to open and close, it was a sliding door and my children could not open and close it by themselves, it may just need to be adjusted to function better.

The location was superb hotel is really clean and the free breakfast was great.We had read some negative reviews so we were a little bit worried. But the hotel actually proceeded our expectations. It was my husband, myself and our 14-year-old boy in one of the family rooms, it was a bit small, but its central Times Square so that was to be expected,and we were barely in it, the rooms were clean cosy and adequate

not much, we were really happy with everything. maybe the breakfast could have a little bit more variety, but we saw it as a free bonus, enjoyed some coffee and pancakes and eggs toast etc
