Good value large and comfortable rooms. Well located in Chelsea/Fulham

Have to check in from a different part of the complex to the room, about a 5 minute walk each time you have to go to reception and the up escalators don't work to get to reception anyway. The electronic room keys stopped working 3 times and with a 5 minute walk to get this fixed, it became tedious.

The hotel itself is really pretty good. Room very comfortable, great bed and shower. Perfect location accessible to all transport. Security wonderful.

Honestly, staff could take some tips from Babylon Hotel in The Hague. Just not warm and genuine. Not nasty or rude, just missing that ability to interact.

Fantastic hotel, right by the Chelsea stadium. An hour or so walk, or 20 minute taxi from Hyde park and central London.

The hotel overall was really clean however the bed frame and the chairs in the rooms were filthy with what I hoped were tea stains

The staff were really polite and helpful. The duty manager/supervisor Was really good and helpful for anything we needed.

The breakfast situation was an awful experience! I think i had to pay £28 for me and my son and we were in a Queue for 25 minutes only to find no plates available, no food in the trays! All the breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. My young son had to sit on his own in the breakfast room for most of the breakfast, because only the odd tray of food finally arrived to be served and j had to keep getting up and joining another Queue repeatedly in order to access the individual food items. I was the worst breakfast experience in my life. And in all honesty i should have requested a refund, but it was too busy and the staff weren't available to even talk to.

The room was quite big and comfortable, cleaning lady coming every day. Wifi was working great. We had breakfast included, with decent choice of dishes. Staff was very friendly and supportive if needed. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, we could even take a walk to the city centre (about an hour of walk) but Underground and bus stops are available as well

Small inconvenience was a bathroom with facilities for disabled people. I think such rooms should be assigned only to people who need them, and not for everyone. There was also not enough space for clothes in the wardrobe. We came for 8 nights and maybe the hotel is not used to have tourists who spend longer than 3-4 nights there

I had a great stay at Stamford Bridge Hotel in London! Steve from the restaurant team was amazing—so friendly and professional. All the hotel staff were incredible and made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!

The elevators—they were slow, and I often had to wait a long time. They also didn’t seem to work properly. The card key system was another issue, as it was unreliable and only worked some of the time, which was frustrating.

Room was nice and spacious for a family with small kids. The cot for the baby was new and most importantly safe! The beds were comfy. The room was a little bit on the warm side, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was typical English breakfast buffet-quite tasty. Our kids were only disappointed they didn't have pancakes everyday. The coffee was filter coffee which was a bit disappointing for us adults. The hash browns, however, were some, if not the, best we've ever had. For a club at CFC's grounds, it's surprising, and disappointing, there is no view of the field from the hotel. Some reviews said the hotel was dated, but we didn't feel that, although it doesn't feel the most modern, it felt quite nice and well maintained. Great location to catch transport to other parts of the city! Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, too.

The room was a tiny bit warm, but I don't want to complain exactly, because the previous hotel we were in was freezing. The room extras, like tea bags, trash bags, weren't replenished during our stay (although we didn't ask for more either). Overall, tho, there wasn't much we didn't like!

Hotel itself was excellent.

Reception staff not very helpful. On guaranteed confirmed booking.Said on arrival at 3pm as a single traveller with twin/double room booked they couldn’t accommodate me and they were full. Had to wait an hour while they sorted themselves out. Eventually given a twin room which was okay. Also bar closed at 11pm and no room service after 10.30pm which seemed extraordinary but was in accordance with printed notices in bedroom. Your standard booking form seems to allocate twin or double rooms when booked for one. Issue has arisen with bookings on booking.com previously.

We've stayed here a few times, chosen because it is right next to Chelsea football ground . The staff are always very courteous and helpful . This time , for the first time we stayed in the Millennium building. In comparison to the Copthorne , I did find the room furniture a bit dated and showing a little bit of wear and tear. The hairdryer is fixed onto the bathroom wall and of a style that looks to be straight out of a 1970's swimming pool changing rooms however, my son said it worked OK. the room was spotlessly clean , the beds and pillows very comfortable . The real bonus was the fact that we had a corner room with fantastic views of the arrival of the Chelsea team All in all we had a great stay and will definitely be booking again

Not enough power sockets / charging ports.Unable to use the fridge as it was not switched on , which has been the case every time we have stayed in the past .

Property location was good. Short walk from the tube.

They have a very cool and ambitious story about saving plastic bottles and they provide you with a Chelsea FC metal bottle and state that you can easily fill it up in the hotel lobby. The lobby is 4 floors down, outside of the building I was in, a short walk into the other building and back up a floor and around to the bar. This was outrageously inconvenient. Great goals (pun intended) on the environmental impact of plastic bottles. But a trek to get to the refill station at 1AM with one 400ml bottle. Interesting choice.
