Village Vibes felt like home away from home. I appreciated the common area to socialize with others over breakfast, the super friendly and accommodating staff (Dreamteam) the delicious breakfasts, the plants and landscaping of the property, the very caring and helpful Manager, the ease of scooter and board rental. It was a very welcoming and relaxing vibe. Me and my friends loved it so much we extended our stay twice and stayed 3 weeks. This is a fantastic place for a long term stay in Kuta with just a 6 minute scooter to the main strip.

Are the scooters maintained on site? For example, checked for tire air pressure and breaking etc.

I like the option to have a single room in a hostel budget. The sharing bathroom worked very well for when I was there. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast

The location is far. You need a motorbike. I already knew it, but flagging here just in case. Also, found the staff was friendly but not helpful. The two times I went to the reception to ask about the tours list they would provide (as it was advertised online they would help with that) I was received very vague information and it seemed the ladies didn't know stuff or it was language barrier (didn't feel the Lady was fluent in English). It was confusing that I just ended up checking on my own

Everything was perfect for our stay at Villlage Vibes. Yanti and all other staff were very helpful and accommodating for any request. Prices for scooters, meals and laundry the same as in town, also very convenient. Breakfast is yummy. We extended an extra night and received a free upgrade as we had to change rooms, it was a very nice surprise for us. We had scooters to get to town, even still it was close enough to walk if you don't have your own transport. The hotel gardens are gorgeous and the vibe is absolutely relaxing, everything is excellently maintained and the pool is lovely. Nice to have filtered water provided in rooms and to refill water bottles as well, this is a great added extra. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you Village Vibes for a wonderful stay.

If you're after peace and quiet then this is the perfect place. There's not much happening here, it is socially very quiet. I chose it as there are six single rooms for single travellers. At the age of fifty eight I didn't feel like trying the hostel option and single travelers are so often financially penalised for booking a double room. So this option was very much appreciated. The rooms are tiny but are comfortable and clean. There are also some individual, wood double cabins, which look lovely. The staff are very helpful and their simple breakfast menu tasty. The pancake was the best I had in Indonesia. The communal spaces have been nicely thought-out, with a small but pretty courtyard garden and pool. The designers have managed to cram a lot into a very small plot, so it doesn't have the spacious feel of other places with bigger gardens, but overall a nice place.

Sadly a practice I discovered on day three here. They fumigate the entire outside area with a very noxious smelling chemical spray to kill the mosquitos. I accept that this is for the benefit of us travellers but I wonder if it targets all small insects in the vicinity and maybe gekhos and the like too? As a concerned citizen for the environment I feel conflicted on this, as it was appreciated not to contend with the mosquitos!

Breakfast was amazing! There were many spots to be comfy, around the pool, in the restaurant, at your room, the room was VERY cosy and as solo stayer I felt very safe. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was very well thought out, there are even universal power points with USB slots which is a very nice touch. In all I would definately stay again, room amazing, breakfast amazing, I felt very comfortable and safe.

I think on my bedroom door there was a square of frosted glass, felt very private and secure inside but can let in some light from the shared bathroom, maybe a little curtain for that glass could be a great little addition. My only other suggestion, because I hope in my dreams for when I come back and stay in the future ;) maybe the single rooms could have a hammock (maybe the lower floors between the posts?) Not a negative, just a hope for my next stay :) :)

Staff is very polite,smiling,positive,helpful👍🏻🙏🏻 Tranquil place with traditional Lombok relaxing vibes!🌞🥰 Excellent localisation! Quite but closed to downtown. I came for yoga: and this hotel was in the middle between all 3 yoga schools in that area. Delicious coffee for free☕💖

Very bad cook or products there... Food (chicken,fish) was uneatable: very dry,no taste at all. For breakfast variety of food was poor and small portions. They haven't changed bed sheets during all my staying(2weeks) there. There is no windows in the rooms. My mattress was very uncomfortable:old and destroyed.

Very cute property that caters to Western aesthetic. Kind and helpful staff, and good restaurant onsite. Great place for solo female travellers who want a quiet spot to rest. The all day supply of free Lombok coffee that you make yourself was a nice touch. Also enjoyed having oatmeal as an option for the included breakfast!

On a street that is very quiet and dark at night. Plan to eat dinner at the property if you don’t have a motorbike, or you can visit the Tomato Warung across the street for something simple.

Beautiful double room. Specious. The pool is just lovely. Quiet, enough privacy. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, so is the owner. You can book a (private) surflesson, as well as other activities. Jen was a very good teacher. You can also rent a scooter here, during your stay. O yeah, breakfasts are GOOD!

Showers where, unfortunatelly, very weak. No pressure at all.

Beautiful small hotel with a lush green garden and in a quiet place of Kuta. Had a single room with shared bathroom, fine for me, room was small but nice and clean. Bathroom could be cleaned a bit better but otherwise everything was perfect. Staff is super nice, helping out wherever they can. Breakfast was delicious with different options, especially loved the coco porridge. Also ate a few times in their restaurant, was always good. Small pool but great to cool down and relax with a book next to it. I booked a beginners surf class through the hotel, was private in the end cause no one else was interested but great teacher. They also organized driver and speed boat to Nusa Penida for me. It’s a 20 min walk to town center and beach, but I didn’t mind. It’s in between two great yoga places - Ashtari (though really steep hill) and Mana, which I went to each day. Also great cafe/restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kuta. :)

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was great value for money, the location of the place was really well located and away from very loud noises. The wifi was good enough for me to make simple work calls in the common area and the surf guides they are affiliated with have been in the guiding business here in lombok for many many years.
