Helpful, friendly staff - very responsive through WhatsApp. Rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfy, shower was powerful with good hot water supply. Wifi was initially bad but they switched on an extra router and worked much better! Pool was nice when they eventually cleaned it. You probably need a scooter to get back and forth to central kuta! Only 20 mins walk but it's hot.

We booked a double room but they put us in a twin, promising to move us after the first night, but never did so. The pool was green and murky until the last day of our 6 night stay, which is a shame because it's nice when it's clean. The towels were extremely old and tatty. Our room was not during our 6 night stay (though perhaps this is something that needs to be requested). Some noise from mosques but not as bad as the town centre

Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Hotel was good. But Lombok's biggest problem is taxi mafia which prevents Gojek and other ride sharing services to operate, except perhaps if you are close to the airport area. This helps the bike rental and private drivers make a lot of money. I think many local residents in Lombok live in a lower standard of living compared to other parts of Indonesia, and these standards can be improved if residents are allowed to operate their own ride sharing services and the government takes stronger action on the taxi mafia!

Liked the location, the bed, the stuff and great value

I had the room 101 which is next to the stairway and where the stuff stay so it would get quite loud if people were passing by or talking. The mosquitos were a bothersome but I got some spray from the stuff and went on a hunt to clear them.

Room was very nice and modern with a big comfy bed. Good AC, hot shower. I wasn't disturbed by noise at night

Although it wasn't far from the shops and restaurants at night it was very dark walking back along the road which felt dodgy as a solo female traveller

The hot shower is so nice and the beds are very comfortable and clean. We will stay again on our next visit. Great value for money and the staff are very polite and friendly too.
