The bed was very comfortable, the room had space enough for belongings and bags, also had enough power points for our devices, WiFi was good, Location was good, short drive into town, and to Middleton Beach, the motels restaurant served great food with reasonable prices, we didn't have breakfast there although it is an option. Parking was in front of your room and plenty room in carpark, Room servicing was prompt and efficient and we were well stocked for toiletries.

The units could do with a bit of soundproofing from units on either side of you, But it doesn't stop us from coming again

Great professional friendly staff at reception. Liked that I was placed in the back units, so quiet. Enjoyed partaking of eggs for breakfast in the Dining. Ease of being picked up by relatives & accessing the CBD & anywhere in Albany.

Only that the blockout curtains had not been left closed over O/A so the room was hot from the afternoon sun. I drew them after then when leaving in the mornings. Wish that I’d checked out the ‘room in’ menu, which I would’ve liked to have used if I’d realised how good it is! Only on the last night, I was hungry for a main Meal. A bit of explanation at the desk would’ve been good as I stayed when the restaurant was Not open until Wednesday night, when I’d headed back to Perth.

bedding very comfy. good sized table for eating our room service. walls a little thin as could hear neighbours. nice garden in front of rooms. we got an older room so decor a bit warn & dated but perfectly clean & serviceable for the price. I believe the others closer to reception have been renovated.

1st night room service dinner took 45 mins before we rang to check what happened. it was delicious when it arrived & 2nd night. Room service is the only option Monday & Tuesday nights as restaurant not open. We had a long drive to Albany & huge 2nd day so felt obligated to choose room service. it would've been nice to dine in the restaurant instead. Dishes also not collected.

The location is easy to find, hotel was really clean with very friendly and accomodating staffs, foods are great as well ... if you are a big eater for breakfast ... I recommend to add it on your booking ... you will have a happy tummy in the morning to start up your day with less expenses.

The inside door should have a safety lock ... it only has a one side door knob ... if it's possible to add an additional safety lock inside will be great for the guests ... will feel much safer to sleep at night

The people were very friendly and professional. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Walls nice and thick so neighbour noise minimal. Plenty of parking Just a 3 minute drive into the centre of Albany town.

Would've been nice to have bottled water and a toaster in the room plus a couple of bowls, knives and forks - just so we could have a simple brekkie each morning without having to order or go out, (although the restaurant brekkie was huge and yummy).

Good enough for one night work trip. Nice looking room. Large comfortable bed and TV with Netflix.

Bathroom cleanliness not great. Stains on towels. No ‘normal’ tv channels. We arrived a little late (7.30pm) and although advertised on the door and website restaurant was open till late they said kitchen closed at 7.45. Although it’s not a kitchenette room, a couple knives and forks/plates etc for breakfast/takeaway considering above would have been nice.

Polite staff, comfortable room, good value for money, clean, newly renovated rooms. Would benefit from a better blind on the main window as lots of sunlight filtering in in the morning to wake you up early.

Had to request service of the room the night before which is unusual, but I think that was a new covid-19 precaution they'd introduced. Would be nice to have tea/coffee/milk restocked without asking (as we didn't realise) but I understand why they're operating this way at present.

The staff were incredible, very friendly and very accommodating for my daughter when we visited Ryan’s Restaurant. The reception staff are lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and loved the shower, so did my daughter.

We had a few spiders show up, but nothing a little bug spray couldn’t fix. Told the lady when we went to Ryan’s Restaurant, and she said they will get their guy to have a look in the roof to make sure they aren’t coming from in there.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and all the appliances worked, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It was perfect for our short stay (3 rooms and seven people). Wish the weather was kinder, but then it was only rain, although we did have some hale.

Actually it met all the needs of a short stay and seems it had been recently refurbished, so it was very good. Unfortunately the restaurant only functions from Wednesday to the weekend. Wish they offered a cooked breakfast option, they seem to have the facilities.
