Love that the bedroom had a ceiling fan, we stayed at the emu beach big 4 a few nights before and the room was too hot even with the aircon in the living area. Middleton beach big 4 was awesome, cabin was great, staff were great and approach you straight away, multiple times at emu beach I was ignored while they were on the phone out the back, just overall very good here and can’t wait to return, I do wish they had a little more toddler friendly playground like the indoor one as emu beach, as the one out the front is for a lot older kids but the big pillow had endless fun! Overall great! And next time we’ll make it into the pool and spa which looked great

The park was very busy but the accommodation was very quiet, so it was a perfect balance where we could participate the hustle and bustle or have our own private retreat. The cabins were well maintained and comfortable with nice tall beds. It was great to only have to walk through the dunes a small distance to the beach.

It's a very small thing, but spare power points near the beds are always helpful. Holiday accommodation is often power point deficient, so we brought an extention cord and double adapter with us.

Location fabulous - right on beachfront amongst beautiful gardens and birds. Upgraded to deluxe villa - very comfortable and spacious. Master bed very comfy - slept well. Well thought out stocking of kitchenware - everything we needed was there. Bathroom recently retiled / refurbished and spotless. Reverse cycle AC. Chalets, Deluxe Villas and Beach Houses well away from camping area and separate gated entrance to limit any potential drive through interaction with kids etc. All in all, very well though out and fab location close to nice eateries - Hooked On Fish & Chip Shop, Rats Cafe. Also to Three Anchors (OK). A short car trip (well worth it) to Garrison's Restaurant at ANZAC PARK.

If I were fussy I'd say that exhaust fan in loo was a little noisy, but no big deal. Tight on space (car nose to gate) to tag car in and out of gate, and press button to exit required care to get close to gate and post.

Everything about the property was great except for the wifi being out, but they said this was due to an widespread outage in Albany at the time that Telstra was "working on." The beach is a beautiful white sand beach that in warmer weather I'd have loved, but it was mostly cloudy and windy while I was there. I stayed in a cabin, but as someone who often pulls a camping trailer, this would be a great spot for campers too. Nice enclosed jacuzzi and a nice outdoor pool, but I didn't actually go in either - too busy.

Just the wi-fi service being out. I was able to get enough cellular service to use my phone as a personal hotspot however.

Location was great.. right on the ocean front.. chalet was just a walking distance to the beach..Very kid friendly caravan park.. Has a games room with arcade games pool table and a bouncy pillow out the front with a climbing thingy...It has a pool and a outdoor spa in the pool area..Very convenient as everything is in the one area.. Chalet was very clean with a fresh presence about it.. Kitchen had everything you would need to hav... It even had a electric frying pan..a toastymaker and a 4 slice toaster.It has a variety of different size bowls for salads etc...Bed's were very comfy to sleep on..very warm with the added bonus of minx blankets if u need.. I will b staying again wen the occasion arises..

Unit was well located and good value for money for a 1 night stay. Layout was good - kitchen functional, TV and lounge area good, and a front verandah to sit in the evening. Facilities excellent with pool, pool table, kids play area etc. One of the best around. Good choice of food locally without having to go into town.

Spa bath probably unnecessary for most people and could perhpas have had the toilet separated from the shower instead!!

It was all lovely, the lovely lady at the front desk (was it Chris?) was absolutely delightful as a first point of contact, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and friendly. A pleasure to interact with. On arrival our chalet was excellently cleaned by Vivian, who clearly showed pride, care and attention to detail. Very much appreciated. The facilities were great (though, some nicer tea bags would go down a treat) 🤭 The grounds overall were beautifully maintained. Great family friendly facilities.

We booked a beach house. The view was beautiful and the house was laid out so we could enjoy the view during the day and evening from the living room and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the heater worked well. The spa bath was terrific and the water pressure in the shower was great. Having the extra gate down that end of the property was also really handy as we could enter and exit without having to go through the whole park. The kids loved the playgrounds too!

3rd time staying here, always beautiful, staff great and whales right there again. This time humpback did a swim pass as we watched from the viewing platform, with a couple of dolphins. Walk over the dune to the beach. 3 kms of white sand to walk to emu point to the Cafe, beautiful food. Albany is a wonderful place to visit. Will be back again.

The park ammenities are top standard, everything is spotless and in good working condition. The park is flexible and caters to families, young singles, solo and group travellers. It’s quite but also welcoming and active. I’m my experience over a few summers the staff do a great job of allocating spots and grouping like minded travellers. Compared to other accomodation, the location, services and ammenities are amazing. Consider an E villa or beach house for something more, we did and had the perfect stay.

Nothing to mention, from check in to check out there was not a single issue.
