Excellent service, very nice healthy breakfast with a variety of choices to choose from, excellent location, nice and quiet environment:). After having taken so many holidays in Australia this was the first time we felt like we were holidaying back 'home' where everyone belonged to the community! friendly people, check out time 11 am wow! thank you! the first to see :) we did not feel rushed at all to leave, enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were available anytime if we needed anything, communication from staff was excellent!!! will definitely visit again and would very highly recommend this place to anyone.

Loved: - The location: only 150 metres from the beach and sound of the waves from the room. Also very close to Middleton Beach and Bayonet Heads for amenities and five/ten min drive into Albany; - The whole place was spotless and everywhere in the property smelt beautiful; - Garden was beautiful with lovely water feature; - Our room was beautiful, felt homely and smelt beautiful - care and attention was given by Joan to make it that way; - Felt cared for by Joan and was also given privacy; - Property felt like it was in a safe community

The only thing was the bathroom was open and there was not much privacy going to the toilet or having a shower. It might just have been our particular room though being the spa suite.

Location was in a peaceful cul de sac right next to the golf course with easy access to a walking path to Emu point. The room was comfortable and we had a spa bath in ours. all the extras you would expect. In addition the hostess provided port and cakes each afternoon that you can help yourself to. Breakfast was adequate , you could have eggs cooked to your liking in addition to toast, muffins, cereals and the most delicious bercher muesli and berry compote and poached pears with cinnamon. The satff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing we didnt like! Hubby would have liked a cooked english breakfast but I dont think this was an option.

Staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were exceptional. Complimentary port and cakes in the lounge, chef cooked an amazing breakfast. The whole experience was absolutely delightful 😊 would definitely be recommending this place and staying again. And the bed was so comfortable. 10/10

Parking at rear was a little tight for bigger 4x4 but plenty of room for smaller passenger cars . Doesn't help when other cars don't park in the bays properly but that's all I can fault.

The Beach House is a very clean, well organized property. The room is very comfortable and has everything one might need with extras just outside the door; as well as a daily treat. It’s quite luxurious. The owners make a wonderful breakfast in the morning and serve it restaurant style. There are starter choices and main choices. One of the best assets is JoAnn. She’s full of knowledge about the area and spends time sitting down with each guest and going over what to do, where to go, and where to eat. She has so much energy and is so positive. She’s. amazing!

Possibly the best boutique hotel in Australia!! Wonderful staff really made the stay. Craig (at breakfast) is exceptional and the breaky is to die for. Exceptional cleanliness, wonderful food and nice company. Joanne's check-in was sensational - so much local knowledge and recommendations - we had four great meals at local restaurants - all recommended by Joanne. A small afternoon treat is brought to the room every afternoon to tide us over and complimentary chocolates and port compliment the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and with the hotel being less than 100 metres from Middleton beach, we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night.

Perhaps the bathroom being open (around a corner) to the spa and bedroom may not suit all couples. Really there was nothing to dislike about our stay, other than we should have booked for longer, as the hotel is so relaxing and nothing is too much trouble, and there are plenty of things to do in Albany and the surrounding regions.

A minute walk to the beach and paved walking track that went for kilometres in either direction. Room 5 upstairs was big, very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable. Outside our the room was a Lounge area where port and chocolates were left each day to enjoy whilst relaxing plus a nice sitting area downstairs with daily papers and access to dining area for tea and coffee. afternoon tea provided each day and the 2 course breakfast superb, cooked individually included foods like poached pears and fruits, muesli,bacon and eggs of all kinds which were eggcellent😉Free safe car parking. Hosts and staff provided excellent service.

Good quality breakfast. Staff on reception made reservations in local town restaurants for us - these were excellent. Room was very clean, tidy and good size.

We had assumed the property would have beach views though is set back from the beach behind another row of properties. That said we would stay there again when in Albany.

We thought that the host was helpful and friendly. Great location! Only a few minutes walk from the beach. ⛱️ 😎 Clean, cosy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious!

They used too much cleaning product and that smell was strong and lasted throughout our stay. No window in the bathroom to air it out.

This is a boutique hotel which works very hard to provide every service and comfort to visitors. The owners commitment is obvious from before your stay with emails offering valuable information about local restaurants, giving recommendations and offering to make bookings. We arrived late but the instructions left for check in were easy and comprehensive. They also provided suggested itineraries and tourist information. The room was attractive and very comfortable with lovely touches such as homemade cakes and port. Breakfast was outstanding as was the friendly service. The lounge and courtyard gardens were lovely!
