Staff was very nice and prestative, since before my arrival they attended my request of a room on lower level and suggested a baby crib so we can be more comfortable , also changed us to a bigger room that become available. They have fridge, microwave, electric kettle, tea, coffee and cookie in the room, which was very helpful to prepare food for the baby. Location is perfect , 5 min walk straight forward to one of the principal stations Padigton. Very nice restaurants close by and cute neighborhood also. Breakfast also very nice, with a lot of options of course is not resort level, you’re also not paying resort price.

I would only suggest to change the mattress as we could feel the springs, but didn’t ruin the nights.

We arrived as family with 4 year old child. Tiny hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, who offered us mattress for the little one as double bed was quite small size for 3 of us. Great location, close to Paddington Station and busses, restaurants. Rooms clean and smart with small fridge, microwave, kettle, and hairdryer. Everything that You need. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

Breakfast is served in a very small dining room with only a few tables. First day we ended going back to room and came back after 30 minutes( which wasn't easy with hungry 4 year old) and some quests were still occupied it, sitting and checking their phones while the other quest were waiting to have something to eat. I know it's impossible to make the room bigger but this could be resolved a bit better.

It was clean, staff was kind, it was comfortable, excellently situated in the center of all attractions. Room had a small fridge which is super helpful, it had everything you might need in a small space.

At breakfast time, there are only about 5 tables for 16 rooms, no matter the time, the room gets crowded and there are no tables available, in the room there is a warning about not taking breakfast to your room. They should fix that. Also if you have any trouble using stairs, ask for a room in the lower floors because there are 5 floors and no elevator.

Honest review, It’s nice clean and modern and the staff are really nice and welcoming and kind The room was really clean and nice we were at the front of the property and it was really nice to see London outside the window we had a mini balcony thing so you can proper stick your head out and feel safe to look The hotel is right by Paddington station literally a 2-4 minute walk and you’re there. there is a lot of shops nearby like greene king kfc tourist shops and convenience stores The staff let us leave our bags there the day after so we could go and see things without carrying our bags round which was really nice We felt safe and comfortable the whole time and didn’t hear anyone else in the property I think this may be a family run property it felt really nice here and has a really good vibe and would definitely come back if I was coming to London again It’s 10 mins drive from London Victoria so a Uber is around £10 to see the main parts of London and Camden is not too far either

The bed was a single and a half rather than a double and me and my partner are bigger ish people so we had to sleep basically led on each other so would recommend if you’re a bigger couple to get 2 single beds instead of the double room The only other thing is the breakfast was more like scrambled eggs and ham and cereal, bread etc , I can’t complain about the food because it came with our stay. However I’m gluten intolerant so all I could have was eggs and ham there was also drinks there coffee apple juice and orange juice which was nice when you first get up in the morning you can go downstairs and have breakfast

Friendly staff, the hostel is open around the clock. Very good location, there were two subway stations within walking distance (under 10 minutes). Also the bus stopes were near and you could easily get everywhere from the hostel. There were different cafes/pubs, McDonalds, KFC and souvenir shops nearby. The breakfast buffet was good (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, fruits (apple, orange, banana), cereal, muffins, nutella, toasts (+toaster), croissants, butter, jams, hams, tomatoes and cucumber, coffee, tea, milk, juice, water). There was a TV, table, closet and kettle with cups (+ coffee, tea and sugar packets) in the room. Good value for the price!

Rooms are small and stuffy (in the summer). No AC but we had a fan in our room that helped. The beds were quite small, double beds for two people were only 52 inch/147 cm wide. Very small bathroom (one shower head was leaking). Our rooms were on the second and third floor and the stairs were quite narrow. The wifi was not very reliable but it worked alright at some places and at some times. The bed sheets were not changed during our 6-night stay. The staff took our used towels from the bathroom, did not change them and folded them onto the bed each morning getting them mixed up (there was no "do not disturb/clean" sign), bins were emptied every day, though. Building had thin windows and old frames that would definitely let cold in in winter.

Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and always someone around. The location was fab, just a 5 min walk to Paddington, stones throw from Hyde Park and plenty of amenities close by. Breakfast was good & Plentiful Price was one of the Best considering the location.

Hotel felt a little run down, could do with renovation...mainly decoration as it looks very tired....however during our stay, alterations were being carried out so hopefully when we visit again it will be more attractive. This being said the hotel was very clean and comfortable

Soba je bila mala ali udobna i imala je sve potrebnom, frižider, fen, kuhalo za vodu, kavu, čaj, ručnike, šampone i wc papir. Check in je trebao bit u 14 h ali nas je osoblje pustilo ranije i tako smo dobili jos jedan dan za razgledavanje, a također su nam pričuvali prtljagu zadnji dan do aviona. dorucak je bio jako dobar i stalno se nadopunjavao, a soba se čistila svaki dan. smjestaj je blizu podzemne i hyde parka pa nam je bio dobro mjesto za pocetak razgledavanja. svakako preporučujem

To begin with, we found the location most convenient and suitable for our plans. Situated in a not-so-busy street between Paddington Station and Hyde Park, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to, including the City and Southbank. Our room on the 3rd floor was just large enough for the two of us, but how much time do you spend in your room when in London? Our expectations were utterly exceeded by the breakfast which, although the room wasn't so large, was rather substantial and offered a great variety.

There is not so much to mention - the room might have been a little larger, but for the little time we spent there it was OK. As for certain guests, you cannot hold the hotel staff responsible, can you?

There was 4 of us. The room was good fit. It's not fancy or anything, but it had everything we needed and location is great. Paddington station is few minutes away, on the other side is Hyde park. Shower and toilet is quite small, but you could use them just fine. Room had fridge and microwave. Breakfast was also nice, area was a little tight. On the last day we had to leave early, before hotel breakfast. When we asked, we got ourselves breakfast the night before, which was very nice.

The only thing that comes to mind, there aren't too many surfeses to put stuff. There isn't elevator. We requested beforehand and got the room on the first floor.

Staffs are really accomodating and kind. They helped us with our luggage as they don't have any elevator. Affordable but quality hotel. Highly recommended.

The only we didn't like is handling of food in the breakfast area. Staff should be more hygienic in handling food. Don't use the same gloves in cleaning tables and handling of foods.. But other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back when we visit London again.
