Great location with great staff and excellent food overall. The breakfast is small but has everything you need and is replenished constantly. There is ample hassle free parking. The Spa is small but good prices with great knowledgeable staff. The weather was not kind when we were there but with our balcony we still had great views and wonderful memories. The underfloor heating in our room was great as was evening turn down service and plenty of bottled water with good selection of tea and coffee provided in the room
The rooms are looking a bit tired now and the beds a bit uncomfortable. The lighting could be a bit brighter in the rooms but there were plenty of power points etc with USB slots. Our room only had a shower which was fine but it took ages for the water to warm up and then never became hot but you could shower. The room was cleaned everyday but the floors never swept or cleaned properly as leaves etc that had blown in were still there on our last day. The sound proofing needs to be improved between floors as we could hear every sound from the room on the floor above but I guess as this is an old building to be expected.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful .Location is absolutely stunning .Have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this was comfortable , the service was friendly , discreet and efficient and the food is excellent.
I wouldn’t say there was anything to dislike about the property but I would recommend travelling there by car in order to visit nearest villages and also to go on woodland walks . We travelled by train and hotel is on a stretch of road that has no pavements and is busy so not conducive to exploring . Food is very good but it is quite expensive.

We were pleasantly surprised at check in when we were told that they had upgraded us from a King room with balcony to the superior suite. It was huge with a balcony overlooking the loch, sitting area, dining table, and fireplace. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with a soaking tub and separate shower. The Lodge has a restaurant and separate bar area. Breakfast was tasty. There was a large buffet and also hot foods that could be ordered. We had dinner there one night and appreciated the varied menu. It's a great location from which to explore many areas: Fort William, Glencoe, Loch Ness. The view of the loch from our balcony and the restaurant was stunning.
The staff were very efficient, but not warm and friendly.

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff were immensely helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the decor throughout the hotel was superb. Enjoyed an evening meal there as well. It was an overnight stopover, we were travelling with bikes on our car and the staff were very helfpul finding us a secure location to keep our bikes. The hotel could consider providing lockable bike storage but they were flexible and helpful in the absence of this so no complaints!
There was nothing not to like.

The view from the restaurant and the room was so beautiful. Even with the bad weather we had it still looked picture perfect! It is very peaceful and the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The staff were great and felt very looked after. The room was of a high standard and very clean. Food great in main restaurant.
How far away you were from other restaurants/shops but the location is definitely worth being isolated for. £60 for 30 min hot tub use is very expensive - we barely saw anyone use it during our stay as a result. This should be free (or at least one free slot for every booking).

We stayed in room 21, with a most stunning view. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a professional, friendly and helpful member of staff. The entrance and lounges were comfortable, homely and cosy. The room was beautiful. It was clean, quant, stylish and equipped with everything we needed. The view was quite unbelievable- breathtaking. Breakfast and Dinner on both evenings were delicious and once again, EVERY member of staff were wonderful. The little treat when we got back to our room brought a smile to our face, so thank you. Also the red rose and chocolates on Valentines day. 💝It’s the little touches that make it special. We will most certainly be coming back and sharing every photo we’ve taken of your beautiful place. Thank you to all Staff, you are all lovely people.
Coming home.

2nd time coming here, last time was 2022 and it didn’t disappoint, it was just as nice as last time! the staff are so friendly and polite. I love the location and view. I was apprehensive about not having a room with a view but it was just as nice in quality I feel the photos on the site don’t do the normal rooms without a view justice (I recommend a room with view though complete worth it). On this occasion we booked last minute and the room was a good price. The food is incredible, definitely recommend having the Indian food! can’t want to come back and get another room with a view next time ! Breakfast is also recommended really tasty!

Staff were fantastic serving dinner and breakfast. Fast and attentive. Chairs were cleaned as well as tables after each had been used. Location is slightly out from Fort William but on a sunny day, sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine makes up for it. The spa area is a little expensive, you had to pay to use the hot tub/sauna. The beach is quite cute, but can get cold so wrap up. Menu was a mix of Indian/English and was lovely. The hotel offer complimentary afternoon tea so could offer a bit more than drinks/biscuits and cakes. A few savoury sandwiches would have been nice.
There is not one thing I can mention that I did not like - maybe the price of using the hottub/sauna. But saying that, I would book the hotel again.

The place is magical and absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious beyond description. The surrounding landscapes of the hotel help in bringing tranquility, relaxation, and happiness. Everything is beautiful and well-organized, and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend visiting this place; it's a fantastic and unique experience, truly magical. Note: For Arab tourists, there is a bidet spray in the bathrooms.👍🏽

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, all the facilities, time schedule, opening hours, etc. were clearly explained and despite this, the check in was quite fast (5min). There is a large parking area outside, the view on the Loch is very nice from the terrace and the restaurant was good, with some Indian specialties. The room was good, the bed a bit too short to my taste. I appreciated the heating floor in the bathroom; the shower and the tub.
The hotel is located a few meters lower than the road, so your window might be at the same level with it; there are some traffic and you can hear it clearly.
