Fabulous stay in a great location and warm welcome from reception. My one bed apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Plenty of thick warm blankets if it's cold. Almost cancelled due to reading other reviews about noise etc but so glad I didn't. Plenty of bars and eateries nearby and it's only a short 10 minute walk to all the shops in Gran Via. Metro stations & plenty of buses nearby to explore the city. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Will definitely be returning.

My apartment had everything I needed e.g fridge, freezer, oven, microwave & washing machine but no kettle! Also, sheets were very thin.

The location is very good. In the heart of Madrid, 4 minutes walk to Sol, but very quiet, you do not listen to the noise of the streets. All the staff is very professional, always helpful, smiling, fast to provide solutions. They are in the reception 24h (and not sleeping). AC worked perfectly all the time. Cleaning is also good.

The mattress was of low quality and sagged in the middle. I had to ask it to be changed. The tv controller was not in the room at the time of arrival. Both problems were solved almost immediately by the staff, and they were very kind and empathetic in every single occasion I had to request something from them.

Excellent location - really central, 5 minute walk from Puerta del Sol/bathroom looks new and clean/most of the staff at the reception is helpful/good value for the price

There is a night club downstairs which keeps the music on until late night - however, once you've closed the window, the noise won't be so loud not to allow you to sleep

Perfectly located in the middle of the restaurant and bar area. Perfect for our foodie trip. The room was exactly what we expected when paying in madrid city center 50 bucks a night for 3. A decent bed, a decent shower.

Check in and check out. The gentleman was very grumpy, and to be fair wasn't even in the reception upon check out. We had to wait over 20 minutes, while calling over and over again with no success. There were more guests in the same situation We almost got a fine for this. Very telegraphic, expect much more from someone working in this line of business. We aren't horses in a box, we are people paying to stay in a room

Close to Atocha and Sol. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby Simple room but very comfortable. Very nice bathroom with hairdryer. Ideally located if you decide to organise day trips to Toledo or Aranjuez for instance as the trains leave from Atocha train station, where you will also find the direct bus service for the airport

The staff at reception could be a bit more courteous. The bed linen was quite simple, a thin sheet and a blanket, could have done with something extra.

The main room (1 floor up from the street below) was cleverly designed to maximise the space available with electric blinds to shut out noise and light from the street. The ensuite shower/loo was clean, well-lit and a pleasure to use.

There was no means to make a hot drink in the room and the drink dispenser in reception was not working - not such a big deal because there were cafes all around.

Everything went well. The location was close to everything and literally in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. And it was a quiet place, we had a good rest.

So far, we couldnt recall anything that we didnt like. It would be better if there are more sockets close or to the bedside.

a tiny and private room, I needed nothing else. I had my own bathroom and that was enough for me. Very nice service. The gentleman from the reception desk helpful :) location is perfect. center, close to the most important points on the sightseeing map. the price is adequate to the quality of the room. You can hear the hum of the air conditioners through the window but this is strange only during the first night 😃

The only drawback was the soft mattress. I sleep on a hard one and when I had to move to a soft one, I could feel the differences while sleeping

Quiet, clean, good shower, good TV. Small but good value for money. Very good location in the centre of Madrid.

The first person at the reception spoke only Spanish and no English, which caused some issues. It was not possible to cook coffee in the room.

Very good location. Small but clean room, good shower, air con and bed was comfy! Friendly staff however they don’t speak English so have google translate to hand. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Very tricky to check in. We rang the buzzer but the staff don’t speak English so didn’t let us in. Luckily some other occupants came back and let us in but then it was tricky to find reception as it’s not properly sign posted. Also no lift and it’s on a road of bars so bring ear plugs if you want to get to sleep before 5am! Also be careful on the streets as we got our purse pick pocketed before we even checked into the hostel!
