Very well appointed, had everything we needed. Nice that they all have balconies so you get a bit of outside space to enjoy. Staff were all super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Very near a lovely beach and a couple of nice pubs! Also you have designated parking outside the apartment

A little basic for my personal style, but in essence, what is advertised is very clear so it wasn’t unexpected and I have no complaints about that as I knew what I was booking. A little warmer, more atmospheric table lighting might be a nicer touch rather than the cold white, low-energy, overhead lighting that makes the room feel rather cold and stark in the evening.

We recently stayed in an executive suite at The Pelicans in Albany and had a wonderful experience. The suite was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The lady who checked us in was warm and friendly, which set a positive tone for our stay. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the stunning Middleton Beach—making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was also very quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to replace the small ablution bottles with larger, wall-mounted dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. These are much easier to use and are becoming standard in many hotels.

Unit was in a great location close to Middleton beach which had a protected swimming area. Unit was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Best shower we have had this holiday. Several eating options close by, we had breakfast at the cafe around the corner but didn’t get to try the one at the beach. Also had dinner at the Hybla tavern. Nice view and best burger we have had in quite a while. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Nothing really just that the position of our unit had a lot of cars in front of it so it could be a bit noisy in the morning but I would still stay there again and recommend it.

Great location, close to Middleton beach and a couple of good cafes. Apartment was basic but very clean.

I’d recommend bringing earplugs as the plumbing was very noisy. We were in a downstairs apartment and could clearly hear every time the apartment above us used the bathroom. The bedroom was also right next to neighbouring parking spots and so we were sometimes woken up when it was busy. The room felt more like a basic room rather than an executive apartment and we felt the price was a bit high, but recognise it is peak season.

The inside of the apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we expected. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

When I booked I did expect a balcony with french doors. I understand some of the rooms are on the ground floor but ours did not have french doors which was a disappointment. We did have rain and cloudy weather so had to stay inside not able to sit on a balcony, at least French doors would have put more light into the room and we could have had them open, we only had a normal door.

We LOVED our stay at Pelicans. Four nights over the ANZAC day weekend. Albany was super busy and beautiful Middleton Beach was glorious. Our apartment was perfect for the two of us and the bed was so comfy! We did a few hikes over the four days and I can say the comfy bed was very welcoming after Bluff Knoll. Walking distance to some nice cafes and restaurants/wine bars also. We will definitely be back to Pelicans! Great place to stay.

The couch in the lounge room is way too small for two people. Stairs up to apartment after Bluff Knoll were a killer - but that’s our fault not Pelicans! Still highly recommend.

The one storey villa was perfect for us. Very spacious living area with 2xseater sofa and comfy armchair . A very nice table and chairs. Very good LG TV and DVD player Super kitchen very well equipped. It even has a small dishwasher. A good sized fridge big pull out drawers and a slim pantry / crockery and glass cupboard Nice quality glassware cutlery utensils and crockery. The laundry had a nice new Fisher and PayPal washing machine a big sink and broom cupboard. The bedroom has a king sized very comfortable bed with nice linen and pillows. The bathroom is excellent a really good shower with rain square head and adjustable head. Great water pressure . A fitted sink and cupboards. Good quality towels etc. Another TV in the bedroom. Aircon in living room is more than adequate. A lovely quiet spot with super helpful friendly hosts . A couple of streets from beautiful Middleton Beach. We loved it and will be back asap. A home away from home.

We stayed in an assessable room and the facilities were ideal for my disabled husband. The room was well equipped, roomy and well located with parking out the front of the room.

The complex is located in walking distance to coffee shops and Middleton Beach. We could prepare our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating and very helpful.

Fabulous location. The rooms are well appointed with modern fittings/furniture, and it was lovely and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable ☺️. It was also very handy having a laundry facility in the grounds.

A bit noisy outside when it’s busy. We were on the Ground floor, so could hear everyone coming and going in the car park. But the room (#17) also had a noticeably loud fridge/freezer (motor) and wall clock.

The position is really good, near Middleton beach. The room (or better tiny apartment) is very spacious and quite comfortable. Parking is right in front of the room. The lady at the reception was very friendly and also gave us some tips

It is not the most elegant structure but for one night it was totally fine. The darkening of the room could be improved and you can also hear the neighbors a bit. We did not find the bed super comfortable but was okay.
