Everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking so much so that we couldn't help but get a pizza and have dinner in the room. The location is good if you want to visit Como, Bellagio and the other villages that you can get by ferry. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The host is very nice and always there to help. The "shuttle" service works well and in the end, it is a memorable experience of the place.

The only small thing is the inconvenience of not having our car near to our room because of the need to use the shuttle.

This place is absolutely magical. We had the Junior Suite and the view from the window is just stunning. The outside terrace is very cozy, menu super tasty and doesn't kill the bank account. You need at least to try the lasagna and the beef stew, and the local selection of cold cuts. Deliziosa! The shuttle service from free parking area and back is phenomenal experience on its own. And without luggage the distance from parking spot to guesthouse is beautiful and not really that hard to walk - although it is a rather steep Italian mountain village so if you want to do this, remember to bring proper footwear. We spent the longest duration of out honeymoon here during our Germany-Austria-Switzerland-Italy-Liechtenstein trip and it was the best travel decision we made. Should have stayed for longer! I had one memorable, amazing night in the Essentia Guest House. It was gorgeous. Tucked up in the mountains, it is part of the fun getting up to the property. Once there, it's a peaceful, family-run oasis overlooking the lake. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, and their meal offerings make you feel truly like houseguests rather than travelers. I loved it and wish I could have stayed longer!

For those looking for a home base to branch out from this would not be the best choice, but for a peaceful retreat and an experience to remember this is perfect .

Absolutely beautiful and cozy apartment very high up on the mountains overlooking the lake. Excellent view, great breakfast service in the morning, convenient and reasonably priced additional dinner service. The room had a fire place in it which we were able to use. Very secluded.

This property has a windy and terrifying road to get up to it, it was a fun adrenaline-fuelled adventure but is not for the faint-of-heart. Its position on the mountain meant not a lot of sunlight at winter.

The room was excellent. Stuff were amazing, doing all they can to have this stay great. View of the lake from up of the hill is very nice and t is great to have breakfast you can pick options for you to everything is great in this location excluding the way

specifies that they offer a free shuttle but should be specified clearly in the description of the place that there is no option to get there with your car. The road to the place is narrow and challenging. Some people can find it an adventure, others would feel it is risky to drive through such roads with the shuttle. This information must be shared with the visitors, before you reserve the place

Location was excellent , the view to the lake was outstanding Breakfast was homemade and really good. Eventhough we had to park at a lower point of the hill , and the staff had to drive us up or down again, they always were very willing of serving us. Never felt that this was a trouble. Evenmore it was very exciting of seeng them driving skillfully through the very narrow streets of the village.

We missed reading the warning emailed to us that the Guest house was difficult to get to. Google maps was sending us up a lane that our large car was never going to fit up. Once we called them the staff collected us in their little Fiat and we arrived safely. It was an Increcible adventure that we will never forget. A great story to remember. No fault of the Guest house at all.

It was the best decision to come to this guesthouse. Amazing place, nature, view , fresh air!!! If you will come their you have to eat the dinner they offer, it’s the best we ate in Italy. Jacuzzi was amazing, our children were so exited , we too. Very comfortable beds, pillows, bathroom. If we will come again to the Lake Como we will choose the same place with same people for sure ! We are a family of 4 and stayed at this place for 2 days - the views from this location are amazing. The trip up from and down to parking at the bottom of the mountain was mind bogglingly amazing. The vibe is quiet solitude except for some cowbells which you get used to after a little time. Good place to relax and refresh. The hot tub was decent. After you get to parking very fun drive to Nesso and Bellagio. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Mathew and Ashwini were bot amazing in taking care of us. Definitely recommend it 100% and 2 thumbs up !!

Host was so amazing and accomodated us in every way. Breakfast was good. View was spectacular. To wake up in the morning and open up the large windows and see that view always puts you in a good mood reardless of the weather. Drive up to guest house was definitely an experience in itself. A place we will always remember and something we will be including in all our stories when talking with friends. Our host has great driving skills. Koodoos to him. Loved loved our stay.

Not much to say that I did not like. Maybe the beds were a little hard to my liking but I am finding out the beds are hard every where I am staying in Italy. Maybe it's a thing. Coming and going from the guest house took a bit of planning but nothing too bothersome. I would definitely stay there again. It's too bad the weather was a little cool, I would have liked to try the hot tub. The view from there was breathtaking.
