The receptionist was wonderful, she changed our room for us and let us leave our bags in the morning until we caught the train. The room was a very comfortable large studio apartment complete with full kitchen. The best was the outside covered patio with lake views, we sat outside more than inside. Free parking available but we used the train. Location is next to the gondola and good walking distance to downtown.

The booking directions did not say that you had to go to the big Fleischer Hotel to register for this small Fleischer Motel first. We walked all over the motel grounds to look for an office which there is nothing saying how to check in. They should have a sign posted and Booking.com should have instructions in their description.

We were booked into the motel but when we checked in which is via the hotel receprion we were told that we had been upgraded to the hotel as they had overbooked the motel. WOW, WOW, WOW what a beautiful hotel, very grand and the furnishings are unbelievable. So much history, if you do stay in the motel make sure you visit the hotel and look at all the rooms on the ground floor. We were so happy had a front room overlooking the lake. Thanks so much for the upgrade.

Pretty spacious for such a small cabin, everything was clean, close to the lake and with great views. You can also park your car right in front of the door which is a plus if you have a lot of luggage.

The shower door was quite honestly awful because the water leaked everywhere throughout the bathroom. And a smaller downside, there isn't a dining table even a small one.

Very nice place to stay. Great location, few minutes from the train station/bus stop and gondola if you want to go up the mountain. Very nice view of lake and mountains from the window. Room is pretty spacious. It was clean and inside the room you have everything to make your own food. If you're staying in Voss, recommend this motel.

Worth paying the small bit extra for the view. The view is stunning to watch the sunset/rise. The room was dated but clean and functional. Beds were quite comfy. Had a very basic kitchen with hot plate.

Shower will flood the floor no matter what you try to do to stop it. But it's a warm nice shower.

The location is great as very close to the train station and the city centre and very scenic. Beds were comfortable and the motel had a terrace facing the fjord.

The curtains could have been wider. In the motel, it would have been nice to have a bit of salt, oil, coffee etc.

Simple and basic cabins but comfortable beds and good outside seating. Kitchen facilities are basic but a hob is enough for a meal for 2. Brilliant location.

No double beds. The shower didn’t run away so the floor got soaked each time we had a shower.

The location is the best in VOSS. Train station, Gondola, Fjord cruise bus start point all at walking distance Hotel is strategic ans scnic location. Car park in from of room Kitchen very convienient

Room no 105 has issue with the water drain in bath room..The water flow is opposite making the bathroom wet and untidy

Location, great views! Had some essentials for self catering purposes which were just what we needed.

Shower didn't drain as well as it could and there was nothing available to help divert water back to the drain. Consequently the whole bathroom floor became wet.

The room was spacious, the views were great. Had a kitchenette. Heater in the bathroom was great. Patio area was very cute.

The room was a little cold. We called and they said they would make it warmer, but I don’t think it changed.
