It was clean, good size and the staff were friendly and helpful

We were given a basement apartment room 193 which was not advertised as a basement. It was noisy with staff walking down the stairs alongside the apartment early in the morning and walking past the window to access the road outside. For me this info can be clearly explained in the description and would avoid issues and upset. It’s a pity as this was a negative we would rather not of had. This should be made clear to future guests at the time of booking not after arrival and explained tough it’s the only room available

We enjoyed our stay and the great front desk staff. We stayed as a family of 5 (two teens and a tween) over Christmas and Boxing Day -so things were quiet in the neighborhood but we were close to the rentable bikes and metro. We stocked up on groceries as we were advised by the staff and had a great cozy time. Everything was clean-and our family was very comfortable for our 3 days.

It was a tiny bit too warm at night.

Three nights at the property and the room was not cleaned or the bedding changed in 3 days. This is not a serviced apartment as described! We are disappointed to have paid a premium price to have a hotel style service which we did not receive. The answer we received was simply that staff do not work at weekends.

The location was good. We arrived by car, but after that we were able to use either of two tube stations, Earl's Court and Gloucester Road. Both were about 5min walk away. As we were staying for seven nights the kitchen and living room were important to us as was the washing machine. All good. Room serviced daily - except weekends. There was a lift, but a member of staff took our bags up to our room and collected them again for us on check-out. The 24 hour concierge was always helpful. The standard of room was also very good. The shower and bathroom was also good.

There was building works on the room above that was a bit distracting. But not too bad.

Great location. Friendly, helpful and good-humoured staff. 24 hour reception and optional daily room cleaning. Was able to use the cooker and microwave without needing a PhD. Pleasant sitting room/diner. Great shower, easy to use.

Beds so large that there wasn't much room for moving around. Old building, so creaky floorboards from the rooms above and some noise from this resident. Neither we nor the helpful receptionist could get the TV to show "normal" Freeview channels - it was vastly more complicated than we needed, but probably fine if you knew how to use your phone to get streaming on the TV.

Every thing was great

the location was an amazing very convenient. so quiet for London. the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. truly exceptional staff. well maintained, well kept, very professional and knowledgeable

what I didn’t like couldn’t be helped really. the unit was very hot. and the AC units (no central air bc the building is too old) don’t work. we all had a very hard time sleeping. there are a number of fans and quite flimsy AC mobile units. they can’t help that London had a heat wave. also, they needs better toiletries. that being said, it was a very good place in a very good location

I felt really safe which was important as I was in the property on my own for two of the three nights. The location was quiet and a nice easy walk to the museums & nearby tube station. The staff were lovely, kitchen was well equipped, Tv had Amazon Prime. Beds were super comfortable, & they were really flexible about us just needing the sofa bed for one night. Plenty of instant coffee & tea bags in kitchen. Luggage storage on arrival and departure was efficient & meant I could make the most of my stay.

The plumbing was noisy so I needed to wear earplugs to sleep. There was no Cafetière (French Press) as advertised and because there’s no housekeeping at weekends we ran out of milk; pretty minor but I do love coffee!

We have stayed here several times, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is nice overlooking the communal garden in the front.

This time, they upgraded us to the top floor apartment with a balcony which was lovely overlooking the gardens in front. However, the noise from a generator or something on the roof was very loud and disturbed our sleep. Also, there is no air conditioning, and in the summer, it must be uncomfortable. There is no dishwasher either.
