The hotel is really stylish. It has a boutique vibe to it, with a really nicely decorated reception. The rooms are quite small, but that's to be expected in NYC I guess. The location is great, the subway is around the corner and the Chelsea area itself it worth exploring. One other thing we liked was the "breakfast coupons"; you get 1 bakery item, as well as a coffee and a water bottle for free.

The Moore is one of those hotels who charges a "resort fee" of around 30 USD / day. In my opinion this is fraudulent as this should be included in the room price. This way they appear to offer a better deal as some other hotels, but in the end they're not. Be aware of this when comparing prices! Would have been a 10/10 if not for this fee.

Very clean, rooms are cleaned daily. The accommodation has everything you need and is very cozy. I liked the charming entrance of the hotel. Top location - the metro station is a few minutes' walk away. Flatiron and Meatpacking can be easily reached on foot. They offer coffee and pastries in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not particularly large and it would be nice to have a shelf to store the suitcase. I didn't like the fact that it's not transparent that the price you pay for the accommodation is not the end price and they charge you additional fees - especially if on the booking confirmation it is written "includes taxes and charges". That has to be stated more cleary from booking.com.

Location was fantastic, really nice road and close to subway stations. Staff were always so friendly and helpful, room was lovely but small - didn’t bother us. It was clean and quiet. We were provided with tokens for a free coffee/tea, water and pastry every day which was a really nice touch! Will 100% return.

Nothing I didn’t like, although beware on booking.. it says taxes and charges included but in the fine print it states a daily tax will be charged at hotel which I didn’t see. This amounted to almost a whole extra nights stay.. annoying but didn’t mind as the hotel was worth it.

We loved the cafe available in the reception. We were given a token for each day of our stay to use towards a delicious fresh pastry/yoghurt with compote/fresh juice, glass bottled water, or hot drink. This set us up for the day before venturing out into the city, but could be used anytime of the day. The coffees and pastries were delicious. The staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay and arranged transport in a luxury taxi back to the airport. We stayed in a 'view queen', which was located on the 5th floor at the front corner of the building.

The hotel was modest but had character, and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent, close to public transport and within walking distance of many amenities. The room was a reasonable size for New York, and the bathroom was well equipped, with a very spacious shower. I loved the free daily token for coffee, pastry & water at the hotel. Right next door there are an excellent restaurant and a fabulous cafe/bar. And just a couple of blocks away, a very convenient pizza place for quick takeaways.

The bed was too soft for me. It was also very short, I thought. Not an issue for me, since I'm a small woman, but I think it would be a problem for tall people. I would have liked a small fridge in the room.

Every time someone left their hotel room the doors slammed really loudly. Not the best for light sleepers. I hope that gets fixed.

I stayed seven nights at the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant, the staff is nice and helpful. The room is small, but clean and cozy. The roof is very nice for morning coffee. I really liked the location.

There was one thing that left me with a bad taste, I asked for another hour and a half at check out and they asked for an additional payment for it. I would expect that after a seven night stay they would not ask for payment for this.

Really beautiful hotel, the room and especially the bathroom had a luxurious feel to them. Amazing toiletries. Very comfortable bed and warm blanket.

The room was extremely small for the price value paid. I was on the second floor and I believe right above the bar next door so I could hear people laugh loudly late at night (luckily I had my white noise machine with me). There's no breakfast included even in the high price I paid, but they did offer 1 bottle of water, 1 coffee, and 1 pastry in the morning with the token they gave me at check-in. When I booked, the facility fee was not disclosed in the payment so I ended up paying much more than I thought it would be. Better communication about that would be very helpful.

Convenient location in Chelsea, with friendly and welcoming staff (hence our 9). A glad stay in Manhattan

Rooms are small (but this is common in NYC), and at check-in time we have been asked for a mandatory daily surcharge (approx 40$). This comes with some tokens to have breakfast at their bar (limited in terms of options but still good), and access to the gym. To be fair, this surcharge was already stated in our booking (in small, and under an asterisk). Still, I think is worth mentioning for everyone interested
