Tha breakfast is amazing. You get a lot of choices! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! We.love the layout of the rooms!

The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The back of the door was full of yellow spots and someone's hair. The road beside the hotel was very busy on a Friday night with cars racing and reving their engines at 11 to 12 pm. It made a lot of noise when your were trying to sleep. This was our second time staying there. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the first time, therefore we didn't hear the traffic as much. The breakfast is free with your stay but you have to pay a gratuity for a buffet style service. That should be included in the price of the hotel. Free is free! The rooms are not cheap! The ventilation system is a little loud at night, again when you are trying to sleep.

The room was extremely spacious with large sofa, writing table and kitchen sink area too. The room was very clean, there is a very large flat screen TV too. It's perfect for family of 4. The hotel provided free breakfast with hearty selections. On certain days, there are somebody doing the omelette for you too. The gym well maintained and clean too. This is by far the best hotel I stayed thorough my 14 days stay in canada. Highly recommend for stay near airport.

Perhaps a portable water kettle in the hotel room would bring the stay to a perfection.

The staff were extremely nice! The entrance area is beautiful!! Beds were very comfy to sleep and AC blew cold! The two room suite was perfect for my husband, 16 year old son and myself so we had separate and comfy sleeping quarters. Both rooms had big screen TVs. Loved that we got two free drinks per day. Free breakfast. The lounge/bar/restaurant downstairs was wonderful and the staff all made you feel like you were important and welcome!

The carpet in the hallway on floor 11 smelled like puke or garbage or something. It was very dirty and needs to be updated. The wood floors in our room were cracking and lifting. Looked dirty with scuffs and shoe marks. Also there was no outdoor sitting or dining area to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Also only had decaf coffee pods in the keurig in room. Not enough creamer or sugar to make your own coffees in the AM. Didnt like the $30 per day parking fee.

Nothing - we really enjoyed our night there.

- Breakfast was superb - I loved the room; it was spacious, had great ventilation and the facilities were good! - ALL the staff were friendly and excellent! -You don’t have to use the same card you paid for your deposit/booking to pay the security deposit.

- The security deposit wasn’t mentioned before the stay - the room was clean but not to my standard (I can be a bit too thorough though): dirt in corners, small pieces of food near legs of furniture, furniture was dirty. But after a good wipe down from myself, all was good with me! - the call button on the car barrier intercom system wasn’t working. I didn’t have to use it much but can be an annoyance for others in future.

The Hotl design and layout is beautiful and elegant. The lobby is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was super good and had so many options. I liked that they give every guest complementary 2 alcoholic drinks and some snacks during 5:30pm. The area is also not far from some good restaurants.

When we arrived there was some issues with the fire alarm being pulled and we had to wait outside in the cold while the fire department came and turned it off, after the elevators were not working so it was hard to go up to our floor and leave our stuff. And after we couldnt return the cart downstairs. We also had to take the stairs the first day because they had. not fixed the elevators. After that there was no issue, they went back to working just as they should. Also the hotel is a bit far from more tourist destinations in Toronto, so if thats what you want you might need to plan a bit more due to traffic.

Close to the airport, check in was fast & easy, lobby was nice and clean, room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The included breakfast is excellent, very tasty, good selection & omelette station. We ate on the restaurant the night we arrived and service was excellent and the food was delicious

Cigarette butts all over around the entrance, even though there are lots of no smoking signs. When we arrived there were at least 20 cigarette butts on the entry mat, plus beer cans stacked up on the ATM, was not inviting. Our room was nice and clean but the sheets smelled as if they were sprayed with perfume, it was almost more than I could handle, thought I was going to have to,call and ask for them to be changed. Made us wonder if they had been sprayed instead of washed.

The hotel lobby is beautiful 😍. The checkin staff at the front desk (Cavel) was wonderful and accommodated our early arrival. The room was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and was very comfy throughout our stay. The bed and pillars were extremely comfy. The daily breakfast was the highlight our stay. Hands down, one of the best breakfast I've had at any hotel😋. Great hotel that I likely recommend 👌🏾.

The only thing that was missing from the hotel was the absent of a pool or activity room (excl. Gym) for rainy days, which we had a couple of them. It would also have been great if the hotel offered some kind of currency exchange, or just have US currency on hand to make change for the guests, so we could tip hotel staff (in restaurant and housekeeping). If I knew in advance that the hotel didn't have any US currency on hand for change, I would have gotten my bills in small multiplies for tipping.
