I love the staff of this hotel. Every one of them is so nice, friendly and helpful. I don't know the name of the staff in the restaurant but I have to say they are briliant. They make your day with their kindness. Housekeepers and all the staff who are in charge are so clean and nice. I want to thank the receptionists as well. There is a nice lady and I don't know her name. She is so kind and also other guys: Hamed ,Amjad and Manivel. They are best of the best, always so helpful, patient with a big smile on their face. On my recent trip I saw Amjad and Manivell more than others, and I said them exactly "They are one of my reasons to always come back to holiday inn alseeb". I hope the manager appreciate all of the staff as they deserve cause they are fabulous.

Actually there is no negative point but just some notes to make everything better: About breakfast this time I think the vegetables were not as fresh as I want. Lettuce and tomatoes and carrots should be more fresh. And the variety of items was low this time; I think it was better if they changed the type of foods day by day or every 2 days. I said it there and they did their best to care and to make me happy, so they prepared me lovely pancakes and some other things which I loved a lot and was great and because of this things I love the staff of restaurant. They care a lot what you want and that is so nice of them. Also about the pool, I prefered the swiming pool to be open till midnight because of the weather in which sometimes it is so hot in daytime.

As always I love this hotel and their staff. They are fabulous. Another good point is that comments and reviews are really important for them. Last time in Ramadan, I had a little complaint about breakfast and its variaty but this time I was surprised of the breakfast which was the best😍 so yummy, fresh and with best quality and each day there was different items for breakfast and also if you wanted something more they do their best to prepare it. I enjoyed a lot this time😍 Actually the location is far from most of the malls but it's not important because their service is more important and valuable and this hotel is my first choice everytime. I can't mention all the staff one by one, but I wrote a thanks letter to manager and said my regards but here I have to mention one of housekeeping guys, Gajendra who designed our bed and towels so nice and beautiful😍

Staff are nice people. Clean and comfortable Near by mosque and Lulu hypermarket (walking distance at night, during the day it is too hot wo walk such distance)

They don't allow Otaxi (like Uber) to get in, so you take hotel taxi for much more expected. E.g. Otaxi was OMR 2.5. I had to pay OMR10 for hotel taxi, 4 times more expensive. This does not look good at all from the hotel. During the day, nothing is close, you need taxi. Getting back at 4PM is like getting back with traffic direction, so a traffic jam. I was in a room facing the other side of the building. So no view at hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a sofa in my single room and a very comfortable and clean bed. There are two gentlemen, Mr. Gajendra and Mr. Mizan who are responsible for the cleaning of the rooms and servicing. I would send them my special thanks for their useful advice, assisting and kindness. The statement in the hotel is enjoyable because of the staff and how they are committed to their responsibilities.

The window of the room does not take much brightness. It would be better if they set up more powerful lights in the room. The waste water pipe of the bath is clogged and water is collecting there.

What an absolutely fabulous hotel in every respect. This hotel is clearly extremely well managed, with great friendly staff going out of their way to ensure a most pleasurable stay. The Hotel itself is great from the location, safety, and overall setting. Great value for our weekend stay and would definitely revisit. Fabulous staff and a great credit to all involved. Very hard to top such good service. The team here are attentive and just know how to deliver great customer service. Shout out to Mr Mani and Mr Faisal from the Front desk and hotel management team to resolve minor issue faced during check in and hotel staff to take onboard my feedback and act upon. Thanks for Mr Iqbal and his Housekeeping too and thanks for the Customer Relationship Manager who followed to ensure all issues are resolved. Lastly , let me say how grateful I am for the late check out granted by Mrs Kawthar - I really appreciate her dedication and ensuring that was technically possible. All positive things happened in my last two bookings were huge deal for me and why I rate this hotel 5 stars.

The entire experience was fantastic! i had some specific requirements such as an early check in as i arrived at 4:30am. The hotel staff accommodated and helped as much as they could, even if the hotel was fully booked. I was first given a room with no view at all, facing another building. i requested a change and they accommodated. I would especially like to thank Ms. Tya Chahoud for her exceptional service, and the follow up. she not only helped but actually followed up to ensure that my needs were met. Others that were very helpful was Mr. Hemmed and Mr Manivel. this is definitely going to be my holiday stop whenever i'm next in Muscat. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I think this is something tricky to handle, but the air traffic can sometimes bother, especially when in the night. but this is NOT a huge issue. I hope the breakfast can be a bit cheaper. i didnt opt for breakfast as it was about $13, as there are small tea houses that can provide a good breakfast for about $5. i did not use other facilities so i'm unable to comment. overall, there is nothing that i strongly disliked.

Mostly I like the environment,the staff from the reception Ms Kawthar who assist me since day one, to the catering served by Mr Ramadan who had daily checking on my stay with arranging for me the food I like also his staff Mr Sagan how professional they work all team together,also will not forget the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, and the flexibility of check in / out with no objections and being professional. Calm and quiet hotel ... Definitely will be repeated

Nothing can be said negative during my stay

Regarding the Room First, I love the color scheme. It is very calming and makes me feel relaxed. Second, I love the furniture. It is all very classic and timeless. Regarding Breakfast Food is amazing and wide range of food is available, nice pool view , good staff and waiters specially Muna Al Balushi she was mazing and very helpful. Pool is very nice and clean , Also nice music. everything outstanding i hope i will visit again and again

Most likely, I don't, but I was worried about getting lucky. Fortunately, I didn't, and I was very proud that everything went smoothly. Thanks to all the staff there for making it a wonderful time.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and also we thank to Michelle , they’re working in car rental and they was gave me a good service , We are definitely gonna go back to this hotel Please The Manger of (Holiday Inn Muscat GHI) give your staff awards!

On the 16th of Nov the hotel decided to do a maintenance from 1 am to 4 am and to SWITCH OFF ALL RUNNING WATER, meaning no chance of using your bathroom. However, we came all the way from far away to stay and attend a wedding on that day! Which means that our plan is ruined because we needed to came back early to be able to use the bathroom. No enough farther notice and even we used to get breakfast free before but in this stay! Nothing.

The Hotel is done in a nice modern style, excellent rooms and lift system. A nice smallish pool and very handy for the city centre Mall. The icing on the cake is how all of the staff are. They all seemed so genuinely happy to be of service and ensure that you have a great stay. At breakfast, the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, they really made my stay so much more than I was expecting. The beds were very comfortable, with a good room size. All in all, a great stay. Well done and a huge thanks to you all at Holiday Inn, Muscat.

If I am pushed to make a minor criticism, it would be that the shower temperature could be a little hotter.
