It was very clean and well maintained and managed

Pool always clean and open, maintenance is done in of hours. breakfast was great, just wanted a bit more options for the meat protein at breakfast, and maybe last a bit longer, because you could not sleep in because it closes at 10. Maybe keep it to 11 would be great. Room was comfortable, but all rooms have the issue where they lack a main light for the room, maybe add some ceiling lights on the main room. Add add a taller table and chair for when i had to do emergency work.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and even our twin room had 2 double beds. Our room had cooking facilities, a microwave and a fridge. The bathrooms were stocked with good quality Aruba Aloe shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner which was great since we were in the pool or in the sea water every day. The hotel is in a quiet location away from all the tourist noise which was great. it’s about a 1.5k walk to palm beach and my friend and I did the walk every day, we didn’t need a taxi at all. We had a decent breakfast each morning with options of juice, cakes, jams, eggs, breads, cereal, fruit and an option each of a cold and hot meat. The Rooms and the pool was cleaned every morning. They even helped me with a load of laundry for $8. There was also good WiFi all over the property.

The reception is closed past 8pm so you have to arrange for key collection before you arrive. but the lady at the reception is good at responding to what’s app messages so they contact you in advance anyways.

Great location - very short driving distance to several restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Wonderful staff. Big rooms with comfortable beds, very quiet at night, and the kitchen was a plus. Decent breakfast. The pool was a nice place to cool off after returning from a long day out. Rates are more than fair - allowed us to spend more time and do more things in what’s typically an expensive destination. We would be happy to stay there again.

WiFi was bad most of the time.

Thee rooms have everything you need for a comfy stay and the breakfast was very good and fresh every day. Close to beaches by car or 20-30mins walk. Personnel was very nice and friendly, they helped us with all our requests.

The bath size was a bit small, my not fit a plus size person. Bad WiFi connection. Last 2 days was a bad smell on common areas, we saw a company fixing something in front of the lodge so we guess that may be the source.

People is very friendly and helpfull. Good Beakfast every day. swimming pool area is nice. The Room is confortable. It will very, very good option if they can offer a shuttle or bus from hotel to Paseo Herencia twice a day, that is only 5 minutes.

the weakness of this hotel is location, because is 1.5 Km to main street of Palm Beach (Paseo Herencia), to go a beach or to take bus for down town, and you have to walk but pathway is dark, not clean and not easy to walk. We walked this 1.5 km for 12 days, is possible to do, but is not a recomendation for seniors and little kids. Of course they can call a taxi for you, but is aditional cost that you have to get in mind.

Room was comfortable and clean, floor could have used a quick cleaning. Bed and bedding were very comfortable, all toiletries were aloe and smelled wonderful. Outside porch was a nice touch. Pool area was pretty and we met some delightful people. Only thing missing was an ice machine on the property, but ice trays were provided and refrigerator freezer worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Refrigerator wasn't running when we got the room, so no ice available. No iron available either, not a big deal, but would have come in handy.

Laid back feeling of resort, excellent beds Glad we had a rental as even though distances were walkable, it was too hot to walk far in the daytime and at night the road was dark. The resort felt very safe as did Aruba.

Breakfasts were ample but monotonous. We had a monster rain that caused a leak in our bathroom.

This Inn was perfect for what we needed. Its a 20 minute walk from the main beach and restaurants. The room had 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave, 2 burners , coffee maker , everything was clean. The breakfast provided was great with eggs(scrambled, fried and boiled), bacon, pancakes, muffins, bread , rolls , juice , tea and coffee. The pool area was great and has a nice big BBQ We were a party of 4 so the price including breakfast made it a really good deal. All the people were very friendly. We would definately consider staying for a longer period the next time.

Nicely sized pool that was a good temperature. Also a shaded section with chairs is provided. A breakfast served each morning which was a nice plus. We liked the Adirondack chairs on the little porches of your individual unit. Individual mini kitchen was great and good A.C. Pretty good location relative to Palm Beach and beloved Lings restaurant is about 50 m away. Nice staff!

All of the pool lounges are broken so unless you’re lying flat, they are of no use.
