Good size room, comfy bed and housekeeping came everyday. Clean. Cafe was really nice & great coffee. Cafe manager was lovely, very friendly and went out of her way to get soya milk in for me. Most staff were really helpful and friendly. Just one or two who were disinterested

The hallway carpets need changing, look gross. Would expect more facilities for a 4* eg there’s no room service. I had just a tiny window overlooking a narrow space between building. Barely any light came through and the room lighting was no very bright so it always felt like evening.

I liked the amount of mirrors in the room. They also upgraded us from a queen standard to a king when we got there. The front desk and restaurant staff were ALWAYS kind to me and my friend and made our stay much more enjoyable.

Our stay was going great until the housekeeping staff accused us of smoking in the room and tried to charge us. The woman over house keeping was very disrespectful and rude to us. She also accused us of running naked in the hall ways. As someone who is on vacation, going out and having a good time, yes you’re going to find hookah tips and other smoking items in the room. However we NEVER smoked in the room. I personally dont even smoke. And as i was explaining to her that we wasnt smoking in the room she walked away from me! The front desk was able to get the charge removed but being accused of something we know for a fact we didn’t do especially at the end of a great stay is outrageous.

Breakfast was ok - all of the staff was very nice - location was great for getting on the subway and walking around

when leaving i was charged $98 for a “stain”. they could not tell me what the stain was or what it even looked like so i feel like my money was basically stolen

1. The location of the hotel is great- close to good food and shopping options 2. The room and bathroom were a good size for a solo traveller like me 3. The Wi-Fi speed was good 4. Specially the hotel staff member- Samantha was very friendly and helpful

1. An electronic kettle in the room would be helpful 2. More vegan options in the hotel restaurants’ menu would be nice

Be careful : You may get charged twice for "facility service charge". Once by Booking.com or during check-in (as it should be) and another time during \ after check-out. In my case , my card was charged after leaving hotel \ after check-out -> while we were in taxi. Finally money has been returned back.

Location was amazing, in the heart of Manhattan. You have hundreds of options within walking distance. Cozy, quiet and everything we needed for our trip. Huge comfy beds, perfect to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Clean room, nice modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Fast WiFi, good coverage throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was described as continental, instead you had a menu of breakfast items to select from the coffee shop in the lobby. For drinks, only filter coffee or tea included in the breakfast. An espresso or cappuccino required payment

Hotel was very well located in midtown, just a couple of blocks away from The Empire State Building. Hotel was really well presented and very comfortable, most definitely would recommend to others. Suited us as a couple with closet space that was big enough to store our two cases and all of our clothes.

There wasn't really anything to fault.

Hotel was clean and room on 10th floor was quiet Bed and pillows were very comfortable 33rd Subway station is right outside hotel and very easy to get around

Upon arrival the hotel tried to charge us $600 more than the booked price, when it was queried they said the price I had was ‘excluding taxes and charges’ and only for me having the booking registration up on my phone that proved price including taxes and charges, I don’t feel as if our booked price would have been honoured. Room was very small and expensive. WiFi was not reliable, on more than one occasion we had to use our mobile data

The room was lovely, ever so slightly tired but overall great value for money. Location was perfection, and noise level was minimal to say where it is.

Hallways were tired and the food in bar wasn’t the best. But neither would stop be staying there again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and when open the roof top bar is amazing with views of the empire state. The room was kept clean

The rooms couldn’t be any smaller. Had 2 suitcases and couldn’t move around the room with them in there. You can hear pipes banging through the night that kept us up one night. For the price the rooms were too small.
