Location, staff, good food.

All the extras. Plus plus plus. Even car parking $28 plus tax per day which was galling as when I asked the reason given was that they have limited car parking when actual car park is large. Plus no tea making facilities in room.

Loved the rooms, property, Marketplace coffee shop, restaurants, and bike rental.

Was disappointed in the daily parking fees and additional fees after I thought I had payed in full prior to arrival. Putting green could be improved.

Very nice reaort. We had 2 bathrooms the main had an excellent large shower easily accommodate 2 people.

30 a day for parking and 45 day for reaort fees. To me these are unnecessary charges when paying 600 a night for a room.

The whole resort, white and blue, make you feel like you are someplace else besides the keys. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and all have a view and a comfortable place to sit outside. There are several places to eat on the resort which is nice to have a variety. There is also a place to eat within walking distance from the resort, and several within minutes to drive. The staff everywhere were attentive, friendly, and fantastic. They have several free activities and several paid for water sports/activities.

I did not like having to pay $25 a day for parking. I felt the food menu at the main pool was limited. It would have been nice to have a few more options. The nightly entertainment at the beach bar could have been more upbeat. At the beginning of the week, the singers asked for requests of songs to sing, interacted with the crowd, and sang a variety of genres, very upbeat. Later in the week, not so much.

Wonderful room, awesome view. Plenty to do at the resort and in the surrounding area. Jet skis were awesome. The spa was awesome. The concierge will help you out with whatever you need.

They overbilled us for our massage and refused to correct it when we brought it up. We only wanted to pay what we were originally quoted via email for our couples massage. Our anniversary trip would have been perfect had it not been for this. We spent $3K+ with them and they refused to honor the quote they had sent us for the couples massage. We ended up having to file a chargeback with our credit card company because they refused to honor the quote they sent us originally. Overall turned what would have been an amazing trip into a mediocre experience. Stay far, far away from this place.

Nice location

It is expensive with lots of additions - resort fee, parking. Food was good but again expensive for what it was.

The views were spectacular and the experience was amazing. The place was super clean and never felt over crowded.

It was expensive. The room rate is high to start with then there are multiple taxes and parking charges on top. the price of food and drinks was high as it was a captive market.

Very pretty property. Their Market was cute. We had dinner from their bar and it was good. We had a floor level room, which was nice because we could walk out on the beach. The actual beach area was pretty small, but that seems to be the keys in general.

It was pretty crowded and there were a lot of kids. Not a bad thing, but when you are on a romantic trip with just your partner you don't really want to hear kids running around above you. They do have an adults only pool, but I think it'd be nice if there was a building for kids and one for just adults.

From the moment you enter, the experience invites you to enjoy the views and the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, they welcome you with a glass of bubbly wine and water. Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant

The pillows weren’t the best

The room was super clean, food was delightful, loved Mahina and the Beach restaurant. There are several pools and plenty room for all guests! No rushing to claim a lounge chair. They had play options for all ages; connect 4, volleyball net, ping pong, and giant chess etc.

Absolutely do NOT recommend the third party boat charter “Two Conchs” which we bought at the marketplace. That was a nightmare! Stay far away from that company they harassed my underage (13 year old) daughter!!!! When we complained to the company their response was “he has a girlfriend” Disgusting! The captain took his shirt off and came in the water with us at the sandbar we paid to be chartered too.
