Beautiful views over the whole valley below, lovely chalets and bungalows with superb beds and linen. Each with nice balcony. Plenty of power points and choice of lighting in the room. The staff very attentive but gave you your privacy too. The food was a fusion of Vietnamese and international and flavours were exceptional

Honestly could not find any faults

The room has a beautiful valley view with very natural decor. It feels very unique and refreshing to spend a few days here. The garden and main lobby are also great to spend time in if you don’t feel like going to the main Sapa town. Breakfast and food is very delicious, prepared with care. We were happy to spend some days completely here and not go out at all. The staff and in particular Nam were very attentive and fun to talk with. Would come back. Be sure to bring cash if you intend to use cash, taxis prefer cash and taxis are required to get into sapa town. There are no or limited exchange offices in the city

An absolutely amazing place! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, Nam greeted us and we sat by the cosy fire with the kittens. The staff really were incredible, especially Nam, we will miss his smile! Our room was gorgeous, and so comfortable. I read reviews about bugs and I even contemplated cancelling our stay because of them!! But we didn’t see any bugs at all, and the room was very clean. The food was also amazing, we ate here for almost every meal and loved everything we ate! The hot cocktails and wine were delicious too. The weather was bad during our trip, but we loved the excuse to just pause and unwind. We had a massage which was lovely and relaxing. On our last day when the fog cleared up we took a private trek with a local guide which was so interesting and like a mini adventure for us. Truly an unforgettable few days for us, and would recommend to anyone looking to unwind in nature.

The hut we stayed in was beautifully decorated and build in the local building style. We loved the bath with the view over the rice fields. The food was amazing and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend staying here! If you would like a nice local experience; just walk up the road a few honderd meters and there will be local ladies sitting on a wall keen to show you their local village and walk you to Lao Chai and even make a lap. You just need to buy some of there handicrafts afterwards as a thank you. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Just be aware it’s a bit out of town (not walking distance to Sapa Village). It’s walking distance to restaurants (we liked Hien restaurant) and Lao Chai village. If you look for a bit more local & rural experience than this is the place.

What a magical and beautiful place. We stayed in December so it was cold and misty in sapa. The accommodation provided a heater and electric blanket which was great. The locations is not in the main area of sapa but it’s very easy to get a grab. Only about a 15min drive. They also can organise taxi services too and from the accommodation on request. We stayed in the bungalow with rice Terrance views. It was comfortable and clean. The staff on site were accommodating, warm and welcoming. Wifi was good. We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Eco Palms blew our minds! The views from our room and the dining area were absolutely breathtaking—so incredible that we could have stayed at the property the whole time we were in Sapa and still been perfectly happy. While the location is said to be far from the city center, we didn’t feel that way at all. Renting a scooter made getting around super convenient, and we could park it right outside the accommodation. Even the Grab rides we took on our first and last days weren’t long in our opinion. Breakfast was amazing, and we looked forward to it every morning—definitely worth topping up for the daily option. The service was outstanding from check-in onward. The staff was so friendly and funny, and they made us feel incredibly cared for. They even accommodated our early arrival at 6 am, pushing forward our check-in time. We still found the wait for our room to be enjoyable with the stunning views from the dining area. Plus, we got to play with the adorable dog, cat and kittens! To top it off, they added a special touch for our anniversary, which was so thoughtful and we truly appreciated it.

I really appreciate the overall location and view of the resort. I felt like I was really one with nature aside from the picturesque view of the terraces and mountains, the sound of hummingbirds and honking of cars that passes-by adds up to the whole experience. I hope I could visit the place once again; I fell in love with the whole place and the staff's hospitality and welcoming approach.

If you are not good with insects and sounds of it at night, I think this will be the only concern you will encounter but it is already clearly stated on the resort's guidelines and details about this, so I don't think they lack any reminders with this matter.

Our stay at Eco Palms was amazing. They welcomed us with a welcome drink early in the morning, as we arrived with the night train. We did the check in and staff organized us the trekking with Mama Mei after breakfast. The breakfast has different options and you can repeat. The place has a nice pool with amazing views of the valley. At night you could stare at the stars and enjoy the quietness of the place. All the staff was really kind, but would like to mention specially Nam, always trying to help with everything he can. The day of departure they allowed us to take a shower before going back to Hanoi with the night bus, which was really good after all day exploring the area. Eco Palms has restaurant and there are some others in the area, but consider it is located around 10 minutes by car from the town (for us it was not a problem, just take a bike, scooter or grab).

A wonderful stay at Eco Palm House. If ure looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful, warm lovely people and somewhere closest to nature, this is the place to be. The room was amazing with cosy bed, electric blanket and heater in the room, sufficient for the cold weather and with a water heater and bath tub. The balcony has bean bags to relax and soak in the amazing views. The food menu was vast with one of the best foods we have eaten in Vietnam. The garden was beautiful and extremely clean. Excellent service by the entire crew, up to the owners, chefs, reception staff and cleaning staff. Special thanks to Nam, Bin and Vuong! Everyone made us feel so welcomed and checked in on us every now and then. The cleaning services were swift, efficient and meticulous. Left with a heavy heart but will definitely come back again.

Eco Palms House wasn't just a stay, it was an experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness blew us away. They were incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Fresh smoothies, cocktails, fruit,… Speaking of relaxation, the pool was the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. It was clean, refreshing, and the perfect size to take in the breathtaking views. And those views! Wow! Eco Palms House boasts some of the most stunning scenery we've ever witnessed. Lush rice paddies stretched out before us, and the surrounding mountains were simply majestic. We spent hours just soaking it all in, feeling completely at peace. Overall, Eco Palms House exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and be surrounded by beauty, this is your haven!
