The hotel is at the edge of the town far from the noise of the center, the view is amazing even with the side balconies. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor pool is heated to just the right temperature.

We had a little trouble with the staff who didn't understand English, but still had a great stay.

The staff let us check in early due to the bus arrived pretty early (4:45 am) with the additional charge but it's doable and understandable. The morning staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they help us get the shuttle or even the taxi to bus station. Breakfast is soooo good here, there so much to eat !!! Especially pho soup is the best. The location is a bit off from the main area but again you get such a great mountain view in the morning.

Everything. Breakfast was good except most dishes seemed to be rather sweet. We found out that most restaurants around SaPa tend to serve food that is on the sweeter end of the scale.

Room cleaners threw away my new toothbrush which I brought from my home and also threw away my new 1kg bag of roasted Chestnuts. I informed the Frontdesk and they didn't do anything to compensate. They only apologised and suggested the cleaners could be new to the job

Rooms were spacious with confortable beds. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The table in the room was not properly clean (dusty). The hotel is not in the town center but it takes only 5 minutes to get there. However, bear in mind that the walkway is relatively steep.

The pool was my favorite feature- the view at the pool was amazing! Staff was very helpful - we need a taxi to visit tai van village and they flagged one down for us. Breakfast was a delight, lots of great food and fruit options. Would definitely come back here.

The morning buffet is decent! the staff is very friendly and helpful! the backdoor of the hotel leads a shortcut to the center, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is a little far from the center if you want to walk there. It's not a big problem if you love walking! the quadruple room has a bed organized directly in front of the mirror, which in many beliefs, bad for the Feng Shui the mini fridge of that room is also not working well.

The Overall property location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were neat clean and very well maintained.

Few rooms had balconies which were close to the ground, which seemed a bit unsafe as anyone could get in the room.

Fantastic view and great staff! We arrived at 4am and the receptionist is there to check us in. They also arranged pur tour and we enjoyed it so much. The view of the mountains from are room is stunning! Great selection of breakfast as well and great location.

Our suite was extremely comfortable. It had a very spacious living area and a very comfortable bed. We slept very well. The weather was very misty, but on a clear day we would have had a great view of the mountains from one of the three balconies in the room. The room also offered a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and plenty of hot water (I've stayed in so many hotels where the hot water is nonexistent at night) which was amazing to come back to after a long day exploring Sapa. The breakfast buffet had many options. They also offered Pho soup and eggs prepared freshly upon request. They had different dishes on both mornings we were there, which was nice. The staff were all very polite and helpful. They helped us arrange a trip to Fansipan mountain and were quick to help with any requests we had. They were all awesome! We plan to stay at The View again the next time we visit Sapa.
