The hotel is located in perfect place with the wiew to the amazing mountains and on the quieter side of the town. On clear day you can see statue of Buda on the top of the highest mountain in Indokina. The staff is so helpful and kind. They don't speak English very well, but they are equiped with mobitranslater. The rooms are nice and clean and big enough . Of course don't expect luxury for that price. Herei is different kind of luxury. Personal touch and beauty that you can not find every day. Highly recommend .

They are kind and friendly, I saw some review about the worker didn’t speak english well but it wasn’t, They spoke English well and gave to us nice service! I liked balcony view and the table what can I work in the room. All worker was nice. And this hotel close to nearby downtown.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tiger Hotel in Sa Pa and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the beautiful setting. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to see and do in Sa Pa, and even helped us book tours and transportation. Special shoutout to Mai, the owner, who made sure our needs and wants are met! Such a warm and welcoming person!

We had the most wonderful stay here! Our best in Vietnam so far. The owners and staff are SO lovely and go above and beyond to be accommodating…we were greeted with big smiles, the door held open, lots of tea…our room was clean and had stunning views of the mountains! A nice big bathroom! And relatively cheap! The hotel is located in a really great spot, we could easily walk not too far into the middle of Sapa, but had the benefit of a street not as loud and busy as the rest of the town. I can’t recommend them enough and the kindness of the owners and staff were really what made it a 5 star stay!! Thank you Tiger hotel!! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place with a very friendly staff. We spoke with the owner, he was so kind to us and gave us food to go for the bus back to Hanoï. The room is big, with a jaw-dropping view of the mountain and rice fields. It is also very well positioned, easy access to the city center (5-15min) but in a friendly street and very close to the paths towards nearby villages. Bonus points for the restaurants right next door that are delicious. + they offer spa services. 100% recommend !

All good, we were afraid that it might get cold but had no issues. Warm water in the shower + a heater in the room did the trick !

Location is right at Sapa town, just 5 mins walk away from the center. Lots of food and massages around. Quan, Canh and Mai went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! They're readily available and even prepared snacks and water whenever we're out for activities. Quan also helped book our VIP sleeper bus. As we were taking the return bus from another accommodation to the airport, he even called to check in with us if we managed to find the bus pickup location! Excellent after service even after we've checked out from their hotel. The hotel is not very new but rest assured it is clean and cozy! Their service is mindblowing i definitely wouldnt mind coming back again

The view is blocked by a huge tree (from the window), but it's fine from the balcony. Not an issue at all as the cafes/ restaurants right beside the hotel have the same amazing view. We got the room on the first floor and just note that it gets a little noisy in the morning as you can hear people talking etc. This is just for the room on the first level and because im a very light sleeper.

Our stay at Tiger Sapa was one of the highlights of the trip. The owners and staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating, aided us in every part of the trip and were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and making the most of our trip. We have never had nicer hosts at a hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Our tickets were booked for us, we received tea every time we came back to the hotel, we had snacks packed for us for each trip to different parts of Sapa. They even let us use the shower in a spare room after check out because our bus was late in the evening! Genuinely was a superb experience and if Im lucky enough to visit Sapa again I will definitely be staying here :)

The staff at the Tiger Sapa Hotel are simply amazing. They were all extremely gracious, helpful, and a joy to interact with. The hotel location is far enough away from all the noise and bustle of the city center core to get a quiet, peaceful night sleep but close enough to be able to walk to the city center in 5 minutes. We booked a mountain view room with a balcony. The mountain views from my room were truly spectacular. I loved my stay here and highly recommend staying here when in Sapa. Everything was perfect!!!!

The couple at the hotel is very friendly and nice. I am so sad that I did not get to learn their names. The lady at the reception has recommended some amazing local restaurants, and I would say you can trust her because we went to all, and we love them. Her husband has also been very friendly and kind. Another guy at the reception area is also very friendly. They even got us water and snacks for both Fansipan trip and the transfer to our homestay, worrying we won't have easy access to convenience stores. It is a lovely stay with a great view right from the room. It is great for budget and a great location, but please bear in mind that this is a small family business, so expect like Hilton hotel kind of facilities. Also, no lift, so if you have bad knees or other health issues, do enquire with them beforehand. We stayed on the 2nd floor so it wasn't a big issue. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and families.

The location was perfect, right at the center and you can easily get to anywhere. However, one of the beds in our room was hard as wood, I had a rough night. The staff were genuinely accomodating and helpful, though. Quan in particular was very welcoming and would go out on his way to assist customers.

Perhaps the overall hygiene of the room/hotel can be improved. An upgrade on the facilities would also be nice since the place itself looks kinda old. Also, the water pressure is weak which took longer time to shower.
