We like the location, the amazing staff at the restaurant during breakfast, the room is comfortable enough and very clean. The doormans were the best! Always welcoming and attentive.

The noise. Our room was a few steps from the elevators and we could hear everyone coming and going. The room door is thin, so we would hear people talking and door slammings at all hours. There’s a popular rooftop at the property which might be the reason for all the off hours noise. Also the windows are not noise proof, so you can hear all the noise from the street, ambulances, etcetera.

The location is perfect! It is right in the centre of one of the best parts of NYC; Soho House and Hermes is right across the road, so it tells you about the neighbourhood. There are many stylish cafes, restaurants, and shops. On the rooftop, you can enjoy a swimming pool with views across NYC. The rooms are well-designed and clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to help.

You might ask for a room located further away from the elevators. Our room, 809, was right opposite the elevator, and in the mornings, we could hear people gathering in front of it.

- the room was modern and spacious, with a beautiful city view from the balcony over Chelsea. - the rooftop was probably the coolest element of this hotel, we were able to use the pool only one day because of the weather but it was an amazing experience. Also the bar/restaurant it’s stunning! - The gym in -1 it’s well equipped - the location is probably one of the best in the city in my opinion - staff was kind and professional

The only reason I’m not giving 10 it’s because there were no tea/coffee in the room as well as the water costed 8$ which should always be complimentary in my opinion and experience in 5 star hotels where you already pay a pretty high fare.

service was incredible- had the coffee maker in the room on arrival as requested and when i called housekeeping for anything they arrived with in 5 minutes!!! room was quiet everything worked. good lights and wonderful bathtub- even had a bath mat-good hot water and wonderful room temp control. we had a nice view of the hudson -large closet fab full length smart mirror for yoga and the rooftop restaurant had incredible sushi- it was all perfect. front desk and bell hop all so pleasant and helpful- thank you all for making our trip delightful.

The room was clean and the facilities at the hotel were good - especially the rooftop pool. The cafe was lovely, but the bar / restaurant was in the middle of a revamp, so we didn't really use it.

Our welcome at reception as very poor. It was late at night (for us flying from England), and the receptionist hardly told us anything....not even where the lift was! I must admit that at other times people at the reception provided good service and were friendly, it was just this one individual.

High end hotel in the heart of the Meat packing district, a great location for exploring some of the best of Manhattan. This is a luxury hotel, and the rooms are expensive as are the drinks and food, but you do get what you pay for, this was by far the largest room we stayed in on our visit. The bathroom had a lot of space too. And it was very comfortable.

Unfortunately due to maintenance the rooftop poor was closed which was one of the reasons we booked our stay. It can be a little hard to hail a cab outside the hotel, so you have to walk around the block, not a major issue but a consideration.

The location was brilliant and the property was very modern and comfortable and had excellent amenities.

It is so minor but we had to ask for a kettle for our room so we could make tea. Then we had to ask for tea bags (which for some of the staff seemed like a bit of an imposition). And then we had to buy our own milk. When you are paying $1000 / night for a room, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to have tea making facilities in your room. We got there eventually but it felt a little too hard.

Beautiful pool, clean nice rooms, great views, friendly service, solid food, amazing location. The heated salt water pool has great views but it’s not a douchey vibe, amazingly. I’m doing a tour of swanky rooftop pool hotels of nyc and I think this one is my fave so far, over 1 hotel Brooklyn bridge and the William vale. The location is amazing, and you can walk to Greenwich/west village, soho noho, highline park, little island, the Whitney and countless shops, bars and restaurants. Big fan!

My only complaint is that room service took almost an hour when they said it would be closer to 20. Not a big deal!

Location was exceptional and the staff delightful. most places were walkable and the High Line was literally a stones thow from the hotel. The room was enormous and extremly comfortable and the pool a delight for an early morning dip.

The only slightly sour note was a run in ith an inebriated guest in the rooftop bar but the staff did everything they could possibly have done to defuse the situation and even opened up a different area of the bar to enable us to dine in relative peace away from the difficuty.

Great location-walkable to East Village and plenty of great restaurants and bars. Loved walking along the Hudson River in the morning. Amazing sunsets at roof top bar.

I really can't think of anything I would change. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up before our arrival as our flight was coming in late and this message didn't get relayed to housekeeping. The issue was sorted very quickly and I was given a credit to spend in the restaurant/bar by way of apology.
