The location The best thing of the hotel is the location. It is placed in the heart of Manhattan between the 5th and the 6th Avenue. The hotel The hotel will send you a link 1 day before your arrival and you will have to check-in in the hotel online. They will send you a code to enter in the hotel and another code for the room, so you will not find a person for the check-in. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, so if you have a lot of suitcases, it is not ideal! The cleaning service is not included, and they ask an extra 30 dollar for the cleaning if you request. There is a room where you can find the toilet paper, the shower tablecloths, soap and shampoo, so you can change the tablecloths every day without extra cost, and it is possible to borrow room and bathroom cleaning products if you do not want to pay the 30 dollars for the cleaning.

The room The room are small, and the only window can’t be opened. In the room I had a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a microwave, a fridge, and a machine to make American coffee. The bathroom had a shower. I thought that I booked a room with a private bathroom, but after I discovered that it was a share bathroom with another room :-(.

Location was great, close to several metro stations, in between Times Square and Downton, so it was very good to go around.

I didn’t read properly before booking it, so I didn’t realize the hotel does not have elevator, so going up and down by staircase (specially with the luggage) was a bit problematic as I was in the last floor (5th).

The location is great! Specially if you want to do some shopping! Close to everything, nice coffee places around, the building is secure and it’s pretty up to date with everything you need!

We stayed in room 104, is a corner room. That had a heating pipe inside the room on one of the corners(next to the bed), the pipe made really strong noise inside our room during the night, which made it almost impossible to get a good night of sleep. There was also no place to hang our towels in the bathroom, and some of the dispensers were broken, little details that’s can be fix and not mayor.

Perfect location, clean room and lovely staff. It was our first time in NY and the location was perfect to move easily around town. We weren’t particularly bothered by noises in the streets or other rooms like some other reviews said. The room was small but had enough space to move around and place our luggage. It came with a small fridge and hairdryer. All the staff we met was super lovely and welcoming, would definitely come back!

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was ok.

Seamless check-in, close to all major places in Manhattan, quiet neighborhood (Manhattan-wise), functional air conditioning. The room was small, but adequate for the price. Ideal for our one-night stay in NYC.

I would rather not have to send a copy of my payment card via an online google-like form. I've read online that it used to be common practice among hotels and that they have their reasons but this is the first time I've encountered this, having already done several bookings before (I'm European, maybe it's a US thing?). Though, everything went fine and smooth.

Good location, near metro station (14th), grocery and restaurants. We were in 3, the bed was comfortable, but the sofa was tiny for sleep. Appreciated free coffe and snacks located in the hall. Staff it’s ok

No daily room cleaning, no openable window. We had a problem with the radiator that was too hot (like 30 degrees in the room). We were in the hall with the door of the room open to ventilate. No staff in the night

The hotel was great for me!! Great location, you can go walking everywhere, uptown or downtown, the relation quality-price was excellent!! We had a room for three people with bunk beds and private bathroom. We stayed only two people, so was very comfortable and had all the necessary to have a great stay. We had a closet, safe box, two small waters, microwave, fridge, a table, a little stool (chair), TV, and the beds were comfortable and cozy with blankets. Honestly for the price we paid, was waaaay more than we were expecting. I read a lot of comments about noise and the stairs, but in my case we stayed on the first floor and I didn’t hear anything loud or odd. I’ll definitely comeback for a similar room.

I didn’t have any bad experiences, but I read that they don’t have a cleaning service throughout your stay. That wasn’t a problem for me because it was a short stay. Just to consider. Also I had a private bathroom, but they also have shared. The only thing I can say it’s that they don’t offer to drop off your bags (even with a cost, would be great).

We love the Central location to theaters, Time Square and attractions. The room and Bath were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room is very small with hardly any space for suitcases or to move around. We had to ask for towels and a pillow case, and the soap dispenser at the sink was empty. Also, on Saturday night there was a lot of noise in the hallway and in the courtyard below.

I like the entire experience of this hotel. The balcony was beautiful. The rooms themselves were lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel bar was very entertaining. I really enjoyed the music. Especially and the bartenders creating the drinks period I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. There is absolutely nothing. I did not enjoy all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was at home.
