An outstanding experience overall! Staff are friendly and spoke good english. The hotel accomodated our request for a bathtub. Everything was clean and well cared for. The view was beautiful, the room was comfortable, very quiet, good thermostat options. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and water pressure were good. Breakfast was excellent, a huge range of high quality options. The location was convenient, very central. Easy to walk around the city and to the harbour, near the park, plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing nearby.

No problems! The pillows were too soft, but so are most hotel pillows.

Good spacious room. We had 34 sqm. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Close to many places to see and visit. Very good breakfast. Nice and quiet during the night. Would definitely stay here again even with the minor things.

The bed was squeaky and the top mattress kept moving off the bed. So maybe something for the hotel to improve on. I also wished they would have specified that when they meant no cleaning that meant not emptying the trash. Family of four and one in diapers the small bin got full and that made it less pleasant because we had to place diaperbags outside the bin. So bigger bins or at least they should empty trash and be more clear in the info.

big room, high celling, biggest windows, nice view, beds clean, beautiful painting on the wall, quite room. staffs are friendly. gym, sauna facility include the free water is excellent.

beds are slightly soft for me. furniture looks very cheap. entrance lobby of hotel looks small and dark. hotel needs a good fengshui to bring more customers and business. make entrance big space and more lights and put koi fish tank in the lobby or water fountain outside in front of the entrance. redesign the gym sauna area it could put a small pool in. water feature will make business running more. make the hotel 4 or 5 stars.

The location is great, close to the city center. There is an underground station just right by the hotel. The breakfast is very good, free water bottle in the room was renewed every day. The room was spacious. All in all the hotel is great, quiet and comfortable.

Let's talk trash =) The bin in the bathroom has to be opened manually, I'd prefer something without a lid. The bin in the room has three sections (paper, plastic, other). The idea of recycling is great, but the compatments of the bin should be bigger.

Travelled for the Ironman event. Everyone was very helpful, from the reception staff to the waiting/restaurant staff. They had little things like including a mat for keeping the bike in the room, having the option of an earlier breakfast before the event. There was also the array of bikes you could use to get around Hamburg. On check out they were incredibly accommodating with a later checkout than normal and a service for storing bags/bike, so it meant I could enjoy the last bit of Hamburg in the nearby park. When In Hamburg again I will definitely stay here.

+ Everyone is very nice + location is perfect (8 minute walk from city center and 8 minute walk to Messe to the other side) + Incredibly good breakfast - as in: 3 different type of honey, countless pastry options, freshly squeezed fruit smoothies, well spaced, not crowded, clean, full of cutlery everywhere, etc.

- air conditioning in the room is not easy to adjust as it is not digital, which is remarkable for such a modern hotel.

Loved this hotel! Excellent location: close to the city centre and to public transport that can take you to the stadium if you're in town for a concert, also a walking distance to Hauptbahnhof. The rooms are spacious and very functional, the beds are very comfortable - I had a really good sleep! Super nice staff, there is also a restaurant, a bar and a small shopping area in the lobby. A very nice detail: the hotel doesn't use single use plastic bags and has bins to separate garbage. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing. We upgraded to a superior plus & the room was fantastic with views over the city & access to a lovely lounge on the 8th floor, where you can get drinks & a really delicious soup each day. Added something special to our trip.

Breakfast can get busy but really all was great. We also brought helmets & downloaded the app so we could hire the Hamburg city bikes which worked very well. A 5 euro fee then all our trips were free as under 30 mins.

Hotel very located within 15 minutes walk of city center and 20 to the harbor part. Rooms are quiet so all in all a good place location for a weekend get-away with your love. Large selection of breakfast, with good allergy information.

Staff could ask on check-in whether we wanted daily room service, or inform that it should be requested before 10/11 in the morning. No request, no room service. This is written in information screens, but you might not notice while checking in. Only a limited amount of free coffee and tea are provided, and this is not refilled doing the stay, have to buy extra.

Located just by a metro station so easy to get to from the airport. Quiet area, short walk to the centre. Stylish, modern, clean, welcoming. What more can I say? The bar area was chilled and relaxing; I loved the floor to ceiling soundproof windows in the room with a little sofa and coffee table in front. How great is that? We hired the hotel bikes and explored the city and surroundings and really enjoyed ourselves.
