Spacious room with a full kitchen - pretty much like an apartment you can live in. Rooms were stylish, clean, and quiet from the noisy streets outside. Right next to the O2 Empire venue, so if you'r attending an event there, this is a great place to stay.

Some of the facilities in the rooms could have been maintained a bit better. The foldable Desk had some bolts detached from the wall and could have collapsed. Was reluctant to put my laptop PC on it to do work. Also some of the items were hard to use. The Lenovo brand Alarm Clock was way too confusing and couldn't get it to work. Also there are no power outlets for hair dryers near any mirrors, making it quite challenging to find a place to use it. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy in some of the surrounding streets.

The location was right next door to the concert I attended, which was reason of choice and close for shopping and lots of food venues. Some of the staff were very friendly, including the individual who checked us in and so were some of the concierge team. The shower gel, soap etc smelled beautiful and the kitchen facilities were great. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bed and bedding was comfortable.

The shower had a damp musty smell and could have done with an airing out. I didn't mention this to the staff as it wasn't a huge deal but it was very noticeable when I opened the shower door. It was disappointing to have such limited TV choices and no screencast option, which is available in many hotels now, even those costing a lot less. I would have normally have stayed in a cheaper hotel but had paid extra in this occasion as a special treat, so had expected this as standard.

This property was shockingly good! we booked the studio terrace room and it was literally an apartment with a huge terrace/balcony! the balcony had heaters and seating and although it was shared with the room next door, this was no problem as there is plenty of privacy! the staff were amazingly kind and friendly! the duty manager who goes by the name of Muhammed (Egyptian as I asked where he was from), was so so kind to us! he offered us free breakfast as an upgrade as if was my wife’s birthday, and he also gave us two complimentary vouchers for the bar so we could enjoy a couple of mocktails! the hotel itself was stunning, no way is this a 4 star, 5 star vibes all around the place, beautiful decor and special atmosphere throughout. I cannot recommend this place enough, location wise, it is a stones throw away from Westfield shephards bush, plenty of nice places to eat nearby. overall, very impressed with Dao by Dorsett, shout out to all the lovely staff, from the reception staff who were smiling all the time, to the man at the door who was so polite, and everyone to be honest. thanks again for making our stay a great one. we travel a lot and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a very long time. thanks!

this has nothing to do with the hotel, but parking! we parked at the Westfield car park at a cost of £15 for 24 hours which is nothing for London really, on site parking would have been the icing on the cake but, not a big deal at all, the car park was a ten minute walk from the hotel which was fine. thank you dao!

Honestly my stay could not have been any better. The staff were extremely amazing and the housekeepers went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. By decorating the hotel room with petals, and making such cute shapes with the towel as well as even providing a bottle of Prosecco with no additional charge on top. None of this was necessary, but they did it out of their own kindness and will, and for that I am forever grateful for making such an amazing day special it was great! The breakfast was also very tasty, with enough to fill you up for the day and a lot of options. Staff were extremely polite and checking in was smooth with no problems. Everything about this hotel is really clean. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

N/A. I just wish there was an oven in the apartment, as it would’ve been great for my private chef to use for baking etc. but nonetheless had a great night regardless.

modern, clean, good staff, good location

no housekeeping services. we were there for six nights and no service. Had to ask for clean towels with no instructions as to what to do with dirty ones. No trash service, had to put trash bags in hallway for pickup. When I did ask for ice and coffee pods they were delivered to room promptly, however. For what was paid I would expect some housekeeping, not none at all.

great room size, extremely neat and clean, kitchenette has everything you’d need to stay for that little long stay:) Location is great with shephards bush and shephards bush market stations just 5 mins walking! Westfields 4 mins walking too! really comfortable beds as well! we had a really good stay!

Bought own breakfast and ate in room as we had a kitchenette. Location good, as needed the tube to Hyde Park and Wembley on consecutive nights. Very quiet room, could't hear any traffic noise. Good location for shops e.g Sainsbury's local for breakfast items and drinks. Nice decor. Comfy beds.

Now I'm being really picky - these items wouldn't ruin your stay but might be a good consideration for the hotel in the future. Needs a mirror above the table/desk in the lounge. Needs a tea towel for drying dishes, when not using the dishwasher (there is fairy liquid, so it is expected that you can wash your own dishes) but nothing to dry them with. Pocket door noisy to the bathroom - when sliding. Toilet roll holder too far round to the back especially when there is a wall right next to you, that it could have been placed on.

Near by underground and many bus stops around the hotel. Go to Oxford Circus, you can find the bus stop 94 exactly at frontend of the hotel. Just 3-4 minutes walk can reach the Westfield shopping mall. 5-10 minutes walk, then you can get to the local market, they're selling much cheaper vegetables and fruits. If you prefer supermarket, than there are three supermarkets you can reach them on foot. Waitrose around 10 mins, Lidl around 5 mins. Tesco around 15 mins.

No kitchen knife. Its hob and oven is not powerful enough. Sometimes they hadn't changed or refilled the supplies, e.g. coffee, tea bag, slipper, toilet paper.

The location was perfect for our trip, the apartment was well equipped and had extras that were really thoughtful.

Breakfast didn't match the quality of the hotel. The coffee machine was broken, so left with weak coffee out of a urn, tea needs boiling water but just had thermos jugs to use. Bread and cereal options were ok but fresh fruit was underripe and not pleasant to eat. Our cooked order seemed to get lost so we waited over half an hour for eggs Benedict, one of my eggs was overcooked and the other under cooked, ham was processed so overall not nice.
