The hotel is good, clean, simple but modern. Walking distance from the center 20 minutes. Nearby there is Sainsbury's and a cafes. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... was replenished during the day. Breakfast is included and even the list was sent in advance. Simple and good.
The hotel couldn't cope with the number of people before the New Year - the elevator didn't work on the second day, the omelette wasn't prepared for breakfast on the second day, the berries were half frozen. The hotel is located next to an old cemetery and in the morning we had a view from the window of a garbage container and graves.

The room was clean and tidy, with the bed being comfortable, the shower was very good also,a nice sized room aswell.
When we checked in I had trouble with my bank card for whatever reason,it kept declining which was unusual as I,ve been using it previously(and incidentally I used it later on at the bar with no problems)but my partner used hers at check in,but the guy we were dealing with was arrogant and gave a cheeky remark, about us coming down from Scotland,as if that had something to do with it!?Like it was only used up there?he didn't laugh or anything so it was,nt seen as being offered as a joke!I just laughed it off but we were both annoyed with it later thought uncalled for,and could've been more helpful The rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful which I may add.

The location was perfect with the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and The Royal Crescent all just a short walk away. I felt welcomed as I arrived with my husband. We were given a discount voucher for parking which was registered in Reception. The room was clean and beautifully presented, lovely decor and we had an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. If you forgot toiletries a notice stated that the hotel would provide complimentary items. Usually we go for Premier Inn but we would choose Holiday Inn again.
The breakfast was not great and i'm easily pleased. The bacon was fatty and the sausages seemed cheap. No fried eggs or mushrooms. Other than that fine.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was right next to the main lobby, but nonetheless it was really quiet. The room is spacious enough, everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection isn’t wide, but there is enough to choose from to mix and match :) There’s also a microwave next to reception, as well as the bar right in the hotel, so you won’t go hungry in the evenings, either. Location is good, too - about a 10-15min walk to most of the city’s attractions.
Nothing, everything was great!

All the staff were genuinely friendly / the bed and pillows were really comfy / location was fine - only a short bus ride into Bath. I also liked being able to open the window to get some fresh air.
The shower cubicle was very very small and there was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower head - it made washing my hair very difficult. The heating wasn't very efficient, and I was quite cold in the bedroom.

I have stayed at your chain over many years over the world. I’ve always enjoyed my stays. As a matter of fact, I’m booked to stay at the Melbourne Tullarmarine Hotel a few days after returning from Malta. I booked there because I have an early flight to Bali and that hotel is close proximity to the airport, so eliminates the stress of missing my flight.
Nothing to complain about at this stage. I’ve always been well more than satisfied with service from staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and the servery is always maintained.

We stayed for nine nights. The hotel was perfectly located for us to easily walk into town and site see, as well as get to the grocery store for our lunches and occasionally dinners too (microwave was available at hotel to use). Breakfast buffet was fantastic, staff were helpful and friendly, room was comfortable for us to relax and rest. We had an excellent time here and would visit again.
Because we stayed for over a week, we had assumed the room service would include a vacuum and bed changed. We didn't enquire after this though so that's our own doing. It did include: clean mugs and glasses, more tea, coffee and milk sachets, also if we left towels on the bathroom floor we'd get replacements too = fantastic! Otherwise we were grateful for all the amenities that the hotel provided and the extras they offered if you requested.

Close enough to town to walk , easy accessible, rooms were a nice size and they were clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff nice and friendly
Breakfast was a shambles, it was so busy there was no food left and no fruit and yoghurt/ croissants etc. no one was topping it up. The coffee machine was out of milk so was no coffee either. Considering the hotel knew how many guests it had, you would think there would be enough staff on to accommodate this. I saw 3 staff working in all, for a hotel with all the tables full, and this was only half way through service. Staff taking away cups and plates when you are still using the table and your juice is still in the glass!

What a lovely stay here. The staff were so accommodating. On our first night, there was a lot of Loud banging of doors by a large group that were placed in the rooms around us. I spoke to the staff the next morning, wondering if they could possibly mention something to the other occupants, but instead were happy to move us instead. Even offering to move all our belongings too. Rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely and loads of seating. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were so wonderful with my daughter who has ADHD And Autism as is very loud. And didn't give us many of the usual stares we get from people or even comments about controlling my child! Just a wonderful all-around stay. We will be back in August to visit my family again.
There's not really much. But hash browns with breakfast would have been a top win for us. The evening menu could be a bit bigger. But in saying that, the hotel is happy for you to order takeaway and have at the tables in the restaurant which a lot of people did. So we ordered a lovely sushi from Bath Sushi across the road, and it went down a treat.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were decent, but could do with more vegetarian options and the food was a bit slow to be replaced at peak times. The staff were nice and friendly. We managed to get a parking space directly outside the hotel, and this costs £15-25 per day (get the discount code from the hotel before paying) but places are very limited and you might need to park 15 minutes walk away. It is quite easy to get into the city centre from the hotel location; it is a 15-20 minute walk.
The room was a bit cramped with the sofa bed out (for two adults and one child) and there was no storage space to put clothes or to fit our suitcase. I think this would be fine with just two people to a room, but three was a squeeze. The window could do with maintenance as there was a draught coming in.
