The guesthouse is being managed by a nice lady. I think the rooms (especially the bathroom) have been renovated recently. Everything was clean and tidy. The room has old cozy decor and furniture. You can either walk to the city center (around 15 minutes) or drive. The guesthouse is conveniently located next to the main road from Loch Ness. There are 3 parking spots in the back, so your car will be safe. The room includes the standard coffee and tea set, as well as towels and shower gels. Overall nice accomodation.

Everything was fine, perfect for a one night stay before continuing the road trip around Scotland.

It was in a nice location, especially if you had a car as quite far from the centre of town if you are walking to it, We had a nice stay and would have loved to have stayed longer. We didn't have breakfast but lots of choice. I liked tea & coffee facilities in the room and sink.

It was quite pricey for a shared bathroom and no breakfast included in price, but Inverness accommodation is expensive, so not bad but quite a walk from the city centre. The walls are thin as I could hear snoring next door to us and that was early in the night before I got to sleep.

Loved staying here for two nights in a single room, the room was very clean and had its own kettle and sink which was perfect for not having to leave the room just to get a cup of coffee etc! Mattress was very comfy and the staff were very friendly.

Only thing I would say is personally thought the checkin time of 4:30pm is quite late and found I was waiting for a good few hours when my train got in but understand stuff like this can’t always be changed. Also the pillows weren’t the best.

Simple, clean, tidy and friendly place. All as advertised and nice to have option of cooked breakfast - which we chose to purchase and it was nicely set out in their dining room. We had a shared bathroom which was spacious and clean and not a problem to share at all. Handy location right on direct bus route to city centre or a 20 min walk to city centre. Close to river walk/cycle path too.

Nowhere to hang our towels and could be less furniture in the room to give a bit more space for bags etc.

My single room was small but comfortable with a very convenient bathroom that felt like my own even though it was shared. Having a fresh cooked breakfast started every morning beautifully. I enjoyed the using the pool table one evening when I didn’t have other plans. Sarah was a terrific host!

I arrived early in pouring rain thinking check in was at 3. The sign on the door said check in was at half past 4. There was an outdoor foyer where I could get out of the rain but when there was no answer to the door nor my phone call, I thought I was stuck there for the next two hours. Luckily Michael finally came to let me in. Please make sure the booking sites have the correct check in time and let guests know there is no early arrival.

The accommodation is ideally located reasonably close to some of the sights in Inverness. It is a short walk to the centre of Inverness. Although the room is small, it has what I need. There is a spacious wardrobe, and the tv is mounted on the wall so that you can watch it from the angle you want. There is also a table mounted to the wall and a fold up chair and cutlery provided. There are a few takeaway options on the road the accommodation is on, and you can eat it in your room. Since everything folds away, you have space in your room when you are finished eating. The accommodation also provides an inexpensive breakfast if you want it. The price of a room is also quite reasonable.

It was quiet and very clean. My bed was super comfy. The breakfast was generous and cheaper than going into town, and the lady was very helpful and accommodating about getting breakfast. Lovely bathroom. I walked into Inverness easily. There are two great coffee places nearby and super close to the river walks so great location overall.

Only small details really - My room was next to the loo and the extractor fan was quite loud and could be replaced with a quieter one. My room could do with a lamp - it was either the bright main light or darkness. It would be nice to have haggis and black pudding for the full Scottish breakfast.

Our host Sarah was delightful and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. Though we only stayed one night, I'd stay there again.

Being from the US, I'm unfamiliar with the shower systems in the UK, so that was difficult to figure out. We arrived a about one hour earlier than the check-in time at 4:30, so no one was there to open the house for us.

This is a conveniently located, reasonably priced, B&B. Clean shared facilities did not disappoint. Loved to stay here during my NC500 trip and definitely recommend the place! Breakfast is extra but worth the price. Thank you for having me!

Albeit all linen was clean, it smelled a bit like musty/mouldy - indicating it might’ve taken a little bit to dry. Perhaps try using a tumble drier or anything warm to thoroughly dry the linen.

Little old-fashioned decor in this guest house. Good parking spot in the background. Arrived very late (9h PM) when check-in max was 9h30, and everything went well. Had a nice chat with the employee. The room was old-fashioned, which I liked, and perfect for 1 person (too small for two). Everything was calm

Everything went well, slept only 1 night, nothing negative to say.
