The location is very good, close to the subway.as well as other means of public transport (the cable car and the Uber boat). Breakfasts were very good although the rush hour (9am) was less comfortable since there were queues but it might have been due to the holiday time when we stayed there. Housekeeping was the best!

Tbe hotel lacks a bit of better management. The breakfast staff could work a little faster or they are understaffed. There are faster ways to get tables clear and ready for the next guests. Also refilling was slow, however, nothing too serious. The elevators seemed not to be always working properly or there should be more. Two are not enough and waiting times were often a bit long. Nevertheless, it is not Holiday Inn to be blamed for it.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms clean , good choice of breakfast.

Unfortunately there were issues with the heating system ..we were offered a small heater....but we were fine .

the staff were all really friendly, helpful and lovely. We were checked in by Sue - and she couldn’t have been any nicer - great welcome and set the tone for the whole stay. Hotel is perfectly situated if you’re visiting the O2, as it’s within walking distance. Hotel was very reasonably priced with a good hearty breakfast included. Bar prices, unlike other hotels were very reasonable. all in all a great day and would highly recommend this hotel.

slight improvement could be made in terms of the temperature of the lounge whilst we were there, it was very cold…. But except that the weather outside didn’t help.

we were going to an event at the 02. The venue was perfect for accessing the 02, it was clean comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was very disappointing, the staff there were working hard but there didn’t seem to be enough of them resulting in queues. Tables needed to be cleared and food needed topping up…… no teabags , no bacon , no soft fruit topping , this resulted in long queues of people waiting for the food to be topped up . Another problem that needs addressing is where you can get the tea and coffee there is no milk for the tea , this results in you having to try and squeeze back into the original queue to get some milk by the breakfast cereal. I will stress that the staff there were working as fast as the could and were very pleasant.

The room was perfect and all staff we encountered were amazing and helpful from reception to breakfast. The young man at breakfast was obviously happy to be there and see customers which was instantly noticed. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was tidy and had everything we needed. High quality toiletries were very nice. The housekeeping team obviously do an amazing job. The breakfast was also really good. Having it included in the price of the room made a really good deal. We were staying to see a concert at the O2. the location of this hotel is perfect for that and we had no trouble finding it. Both check in and check out were very easy. Couldn't be much happier.

The only things are that we had to ask how breakfast worked rather than having it explained when we were greeted on arrival and only one of our two cards to unlock the door, use the lift and turn on the lights worked throughout the stay. Other than that everything was amazing.

Firstly the location was so easy to get to and just fantastic if you are going to the O2 or Central London Secondly on arrival you are greated with a warm welcome and this Genuinely continues through your stay ……. All the staff we encountered were so helpful , friendly and Genuine …… A Credit to your company and brand The room was ideal for us . Clean and Comfortable and housekeeping is Amazing . And honestly as a Mother who took her 2 Daughters for a trip to London and the O2 on my own we felt totally Safe in the property and Completely Comfortable throughout our stay Lastly but no less important …… The Breakfast options are fantastic , a Lovely choice of fresh fruit , Croissants, cereals, yogurt and fruit , little muffins and a lovely selection of cooked breakfast items which the 3 of us totally enjoyed and appreciated to set us up for the day . All spotlessly clean and topped up through out service Amazing Evening options are available as well in the bar my Daughters enjoyed the pizza and garlic bread

Honestly my only critique…… The key card entry to the lifts and stairs seem to be a bit temperamental ! But an issue easy sorted by staff by simply going to reception and they fixed it for us in seconds Ooooww and although the bar is fully stocked I was gutted to find there was no Pineapple juice to go with my evening Rum ! But nether the less even the lack of pineapple juice couldn’t put a dampener on our stay

Good location , room good size and well equipped. Quiet and good night’s sleep. Breakfast included in room price , it was very good.

The bed cover had a make up looked like foundation couple of stains on it. It was seen when we turned the bed down on our return from an evening at the O2 at 12.45 am. Being so late we did not ring down to reception but flipped the duvet over so the stain was on top of the cover. When we went to breakfast I did raise my concerns with reception and they did apologise and asked if I was checking out that day, which we were as only a 1 night stay.

Good location, stylish lobby, friendly staff, easy check-in/out, tidy room, clean bathroom with strong water pressure and all necessary facilities for girls, night bar with a choice of tap beer, warm beds, 2 usb sockets near every bedside. Very worth the price!

1. You get what you pay for but still keep in mind that a room for 4 is a bit tight and hard to navigate at night when the sofa bed is open and all free floor space is occupied with open luggage. 2. The breakfast was good but some fresh vegetables would be very welcome.

This hotel and the staff impressed me from the initial greeting at check-in to checking out. The staff will make or break a hotel. Every individual I had interaction with were genuinely caring and looked happy to be there. That is rare today. The room was spotlessly clean ( with the most ingenious door to the bathroom that closed in the opposite direction to allow a second guest ( we were in a twin room ), to use the toilet whilst the other continued in the shower. Genius. The bar area was really pleasant with more great staff, the hotel was quiet overnight ( that is rare today ) and we were in a busy part of London. The breakfast ( included in the room rate on this occasion ) was fantastic. Highly recommended hotel, will most definitely return. Well done to all of the staff, you made this hotel and your brand look good and created a loyal customer here. See you again soon.
